We had no problems, but I KNOW that if there'd been a problem, Morgan would have gotten it fixed. Morgan updated us regularly with the status of the car we'd ordered, even if it was just to let us know that there were no changes since her last update. this is the 4th car we've purchased from Morrie's Mtka Subaru, and every time we've had a good experience. We love that there's no negotiating, that everyone gets the same price, and that the sales people have no incentive to upgrade you to options you don't need. We feel that they set a fair price when they bought our current cars. It was easy to work with everyone at the dealership, especially Kat (who was responsible for purchasing our cars) the finance person (I think it was Teresa), and Janette, who patiently answered our Q about our new car. ALSO: We loved that they were able to put on a new license plate before we took the car; what a great idea! More
