Once I finally got someone to help me, after waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time, Mary, a sales person went to my car with me and answered all of my questions. She tried to re-set the radio because I had no sound, but it still didn't work. She did find my second MN license plate hiding behind the green Morrie's plate. And then service supervisor came in and she asked him to look at the radio and he fixed it! Persistence pays off. More

You advertise to come in for a quick oil change, no appointment needed. It took 1.5 hours and they wanted to sell me additional maintenance. I was not expecting No Charge & that was so kind. It had been a very frustrating experience and this really made up for it! More
