I would recommend purchasing your car at this dealership because of the 2 times I have bought a Suburu it has been a great experience and it was 20 years between purchases. I have not been happy with my maintainence service for my outback. I have a 2011 OUtback and since day one it has a noise that is very evident (people have asked what's wrong with my car) I have asked Mike in the service department many times and he states they don't hear anything. I am very worried now that my 60,000 mile warentee is closing in and the noise is still present. I actually started up another 2011 to see if it made the same noise and it did not. I don't like that you are stuck with the same service representive. I purchased the Happy program so I am there for all oil changes, scheduled maintainance, and other services and I have to deal with someone that has not addressed the issue I had since my first oil change. Love my car want to trade it in for another one down the line have sent other people to you but am not happy with the service reporesentative. More

First of all I received a recall letter from Kia to bring our vehicle in right away for a fuel tank part recall. I called made an appointment and showed up right on time. I was NOT greeted in the service drive...so we got out and walked up to the service desk. The service advisor asked if we had been there before without even asking me my name or punching the plate number or VIN number into the computer...he made no eye contact and was very cold and unfriendly. I told him yes I was just there the month prior for an oil change (I have done a fair amount of service work in the past year and have had the same advisor before, lol). I also mentioned to him about a belt issue that was still a problem and if he could look into that (told him last month too but he said he didn't find anything). After about an hour he came over and told us the vehicle was ready and rushed us away without even mentioning my request about the loud belt noise. Only after I stopped him and asked him about the belt issue did he even mention it and then he proceeded to tell me again that it was nothing. Nothing? I hear it every morning when I start my damn car! Nothing? I have a feeling they never bothered to look. Lousy service...only gonna go back for the free oil changes I got when I purchased my vehicle from now on. As a side note, and on a positive side: a salesman came up to me right away and was friendly and eager to help me...now if they could do something about the service dept... More

This is my second new car purchase from Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. I was very pleased with my initial purchase of a 2010 Subaru Outback and with all of my experiences with the Service Department. Thus, when I was ready to add a second Subaru to our garage, I made sure to include Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru in searching for my new car. My experience in purchasing a 2011 Subaru Legacy was again exceptional. Joe Weil, salesman, is very personable and very knowledgeable. He makes sure the customer is happy at each step in the new car purchasing process. Paul Hanek, in the business office, is equally customer-friendly and makes the actual paperwork aspect of the new car purchasing process go exceedingly smoothly. I feel so strongly favorable about my prior experiences at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru that I purchased my second new Subaru Legacy there, despite the fact that I had a better price quote from another Subaru dealer in the area. I felt that the positive and friendly experience at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru was well worth the couple of hundred dollars in extra cost. More
I came in with just a so-so attitude because Morries had not treated me well 17 years ago when I bought the car I was replacing. I was nervous about purchasing a car but Hani made it a fun and not so nerve racking experience. I found a car that I loved and Hani was great at checking in with me after my purchase to make sure that I was satisfied. Hani is not a typical salesman; he makes you feel comfortable and is not pushy. I have made several referrals to him and will continue to do so. More

I found the website www.morries.com a useful resource for narrowing down our choices. Each car for sale has the price and all info revealed. No smoke and mirrors, just the bottom line. We picked out a 2007 50th Anniversary Edition Toyota Camry Hybrid and immediately called to set-up a test drive the same day! We arrived three hours later, was greeted by the very pleasant sales manager and met Hani in person. The car looked exactly as it did on the site. The test drive experience was pleasant. There was not a hint of 'salesperson-kind-of-talk'. We looked into how competitive their rates are for financing and they came in at .25% lower than the credit union we inquired at beforehand. Mr. Cobb took care of the financing and made sure we got the lowest rate possible for the term we have chosen. Their promise, "Buy Happy." is true to the core. I hope this review will help others who are looking for an easy and comfortable way to buy a new or used car. More
