Morries buying experience was NOT a happy one! My husband and I purchased a 2009 hyundai Santa Fe from Morries Minnetonka Subaru location. We paid money for the buy happy Morries program. We were told the vehicle passed a point inspection and it was a great no problem vehicle. We were promised a paint stick to repair the scratches on the vehicle- we never received the touch up paint. We brought the car to a mechanic and it has leaking valve covers and less than 20 percent of the brakes left. Morries did fix the valve covers- not the brakes. We bought the car over a month ago and just found out that a Morries employee wrote on the paperwork that we were transfering our plates when in fact we made it clear we needed new plates for that vehicle. Now the DOT is holding on to our paperwork until we send in more money because Morries didn't fill out the paperwork right!! BUYERS BEWARE OF BUY HAPPY AT MORRIES. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US! More

My nephew who is 6' also says the car is comfortable. The color too, is very attractive. I was unaware that Subaru's colors have a tasteful edge to them. From letting us take the car out ourselves for a test drive to allowing us time to have the car checked by our mechanic to his 'no-nonsense' way of doing business, we were impressed with Chris and Morrie's as a whole. Probably the Best Car-buying Experience I've Had I had in mind that I wanted to purchase a used Outback, and Hani Rashid spent an entire afternoon with me as we reviewed available used vehicles. We I had in mind that I wanted to purchase a used Outback, and Hani Rashid spent an entire afternoon with me as we reviewed available used vehicles. We test drove an Outback to another Morrie's dealership, test drove another vehicle from there, and brought them both to Minnetonka Subaru for a comparison. Hani patiently reviewed (and we test drove) a couple of other vehicles I thought I might be interested in, and he answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I received a fair offer for my trade. After I made a decision to purchase, Hani introduced me to Nate in finance, who reviewed several options with me, then he introduced me to service. I had the opportunity to observe Hani with other customers and he is customer service exemplified. I would not hesitate to refer someone to, or purchase another vehicle from, this dealership.
