Steve Poley at Suburu Car buying is usually a pressure-filled experience I always dread. The last thing I want is someone trying to sell me yet one more thing... Well, a Car buying is usually a pressure-filled experience I always dread. The last thing I want is someone trying to sell me yet one more thing... Well, as it turns out buying a car doesn’t always have to be like that. I found a used Suburu Legacy online and came to Minnetonka Suburu for a test drive. Fortunately, I was connected with Steve Poley who not only explained everything about Suburus to me, but even drives a Legacy! He was patient, allowed me to take an ample test drive (recommending to test brakes, acceleration and cornering well!) and at the end of it searched the database to make sure that there wasn’t a similar car available with less miles. But there was! So he got the car, confirmed it’s history and off I went. It was a reasonable deal and I left happy feeling that he was actually there to help me - not just sell something to make a commission. During the buying process, Paul Hanek from the Minnetonka Suburu Finance Department was patient, explained all options and even made recommendations when I asked. He couldn’t have made it easier or more comfortable to sign the contract. I’m loving my Legacy and grateful that I went through Steve Poley at Minnetonka Suburu to get it! More
