"new" car had undisclosed hail damage When I picked up my new Impreza, I there was obvious hail damage on the roof. Probably around 40 visible dings, and very obvious. This was not disclosed to me ahead of time by the sales associate and the fact that I had to bring this obvious problem to their attention is ridiculous. They said they will take the car back to repair the damage, but that should never have happened to a new car in the first place. Plus now I have to make several additional trips to the dealership to settle this issue and be without my car for several days. The credit manager pulled my credit report before getting my permission. They had me sign the approval form, and already had the pulled report in hand. I was not using their financing so there was no reason for the credit pull. On top of those issues, my sales associate forgot to include any of the aftermarket add ons to the purchase. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. More
