Here is how my first visit went: Arrived about 15 minutes earlier than our 630 appointment. I was told I was suppose to meet Scott and test drive 2 vehicles which if everything worked out right, I was 100% prepared to buy both of them. I found out that I was actually working with Josh. Then Josh mentioned that the Mountaineer was not there because he had just found out at 230 that I was coming in and didn’t have time to go get it. I first contacted Morries's Friday evening and Katelyn didn’t think it was going to be an issue getting both vehicles there. So then we test drove the Explorer and I thought we were going to the Brooklyn Park store to test drive the Mountaineer and we ended up back in Minnetonka, It was a weird miscommunication. Then, we were told by Scott that we had the green light to inconveniently go the Brooklyn Park dealer because they still had the Mountaineer. When we got there, at first they could’t find the keys and after waiting about 10 minutes, we were told that the vehicle isn’t there. You can imagine how I feel at this point. I had an appointment to get drive and possibly purchase two vehicles and I left not buying anything and extremely unhappy with the way the entire situation was handled. I can assure you that I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from any Morrie’s and I hope this email can be used in some kind of training capacity so a customer can have a smooth car buying experience. regular maintenance. I brought my Forester in for a regular oil and oil filter change. I also had the tires rotated. While checking in, the service department checked and I brought my Forester in for a regular oil and oil filter change. I also had the tires rotated. While checking in, the service department checked and topped off my window washer fluid. I also like the fact that they do a quick cheek to see if anything else needs to be done and if so they let you know. I was told it would take about an hour and my car was done and washed in 45 minutes. More
Professional and Courteous I stopped by with my son to purchase a used car they had received on a trade-in but the car we wanted had been sold or at least had a deposit on it. When that deal fell through Maggie was quick to contact us to see if we were still interested which we were. The next day I stopped by during lunch and was in and out in no time. Maggie did an exemplary job across the board and I suggest you ask for her :-) Benny in the finance office was well prepared and got me in and out quickly too. This is my first time with a Morrie's dealership and it was a great experience. More

I was in the market for a new car and went to the dealership o I want to write an exceptional review for Maggie Solomon at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. I was in the market for a new car and went to the dealership one day to look around. I was interested in a Subaru Impreza or WRX and Maggie was able to answer ALL of my questions. We took a test drive in the Impreza and I was very impressed. She listened to all my needs and was able to find the perfect car for me. If anyone is thinking about getting a Subaru or what dealership to go to I would highly recommend Maggie at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. She can help you with new cars, used cars and leasing. More
Body work I recently had two experiences with Morrie's Bodyworks (don't ask--I have teen drivers), and in both cases I was extremely satisfied. In the first cas I recently had two experiences with Morrie's Bodyworks (don't ask--I have teen drivers), and in both cases I was extremely satisfied. In the first case, I dealt with Mike, who kept me up to date on the progress of the work and answered all of my questions. In the second case, which took longer because they were very busy due to a recent hail storm and because there were some small delays in getting needed parts, I dealt with Jackie, who was very proactive in keeping me informed. Also, the damage was more extensive, requiring replacement of a number of suspension and other parts. Both Mike and Jackie were very professional and able to answer my questions knowledgeably. When the second car's repair time got pushed out further than expected, Jackie called to offer me a rental that they would pay for. After the car was painted, they weren't completely satisfied--the steering wheel was not returning to center as well as it should--and decided that another part was needed. They cared about the final result and wanted to get it right, and I'm very thankful for that. Since I had the rental car that they were paying for, the added inconvenience of a few more days was very minor. Have both cars back now and am very satisfied with the work. My prior experiences with Morrie's service department have also been 100% positive. I would definitely recommend Morrie's! More
