I also appreciate that she doesn’t use high pressure sales tactics and try to push you into buying a car you don’t love. One suggestion I would have is to do a better job cleaning the cars. Several cars I looked at were dirty and I was initially turned off by it as I thought they had permanent stains that wouldn’t come. Knowing what I know now, I may have purchased a vehicle sooner. Hani, my salesperson, did a good job listening to what I wanted and found the answer to my questions. Ross and Eva in finance were helpful in explaining my options. Because there is a set price and no haggling I did the research and was comfortable with my decision. Overall it was a really good experience. The only suggestion I have is that I would have appreciated at least a full tank of gas to feel like there was some "little extra" benefit being a repeat customer. More

I spoke with Mike initially and he was very helpful and friendly, although he missed the mark on follow through. We did not receive the email details he promised and when we showed up on location for our appointment the front desk didn’t have any of our information. We got passed on to Joe because of this, and I’ll call that a happy mistake because Joe was incredible. I can’t rave enough about our time with him. Can we be friends?? Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. Joe was great. We did our financing through Eva, who was also very nice and helpful. She initially promised to not be pushy and said she had to offer us the various options for service plans, etc. totally understandable. We declined these and at first she was ok with this, until right before handing us back to Joe to finish up—she tried using scare tactics to get us to buy a service plan. Sorry Eva, but that doesn’t fly with me. I understand that’s where you all make your money, but trying to scare me into it is a serious no no. If I say no, I mean it. Overall though, we’re happy with our car and the outcome. And like I said previously, Joe is a rock star. I would come back just for him! More
