Amazing Customer Service by Aaron Sands A couple weeks ago, I went into Morries Minnetonka Subaru looking to buy a new 2019 vehicle. I was a first time car buyer at the time. I knew nothing A couple weeks ago, I went into Morries Minnetonka Subaru looking to buy a new 2019 vehicle. I was a first time car buyer at the time. I knew nothing about cars, except that I wanted a small car with all wheel drive and an automatic transmission. My boyfriend and I were hanging out in the lot looking at some different cars. Aaron Sands approached us and introduced himself and asked us to go inside and said that he would help us out. We got inside and were greeted by multiple friendly people. I was feeling overwhelmed buying a new car, but felt at ease with all the friendliness. Aaron asked me to tell him some features that I would like in my new car, and I told him. He showed me many different options and told me the pros and cons of each. He stayed under my budget and gave me the exact car I was looking for. He showed me how to use the car and told me what all the different buttons inside the car were for. He didn’t push me to buy something just to buy it. He knew what I wanted and gave me the best car for the best price! I have never before had such an amazing customer service experience. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I am so grateful! If anyone is reading this, HE DESERVES A RAISE! More
