"new" car had undisclosed hail damage When I picked up my new Impreza, I there was obvious hail damage on the roof. Probably around 40 visible dings, and very obvious. This was not disclosed to me ahead of time by the sales associate and the fact that I had to bring this obvious problem to their attention is ridiculous. They said they will take the car back to repair the damage, but that should never have happened to a new car in the first place. Plus now I have to make several additional trips to the dealership to settle this issue and be without my car for several days. The credit manager pulled my credit report before getting my permission. They had me sign the approval form, and already had the pulled report in hand. I was not using their financing so there was no reason for the credit pull. On top of those issues, my sales associate forgot to include any of the aftermarket add ons to the purchase. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. More

Best First Experience Buying from a Dealership, Hands Down Before buying my Mazda from Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru, I had only ever bought from private sellers. When my last car stopped functioning, I went to a Subaru dealer in Burnsville. Talk about an awful experience, the kind one always imagines when one conjures an image of working with a car salesman. Walking away from that near-transaction, I was on high alert and afraid that all others would just be repeats. Far from the case at Morrie’s. As a first time buyer, I can’t tell you how easy and fun that crew made my purchase. Joe was warm and knowledgeable; Chris was honest and upfront, not to mention personable; and Craig.. I can’t even explain how it felt to have him work to get me a BETTER APR, and then have a frank and informative discussion with me about protecting my purchase going forward. Seriously — go here. I can not recommend this crew highly enough. When the time comes to replace my Mazda, you can bet that I’ll be going straight back here. More

Chris McCormick was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what I was looking for and tracked it down for me. He was very patient, going for a couple extra test drives so I could be sure which car was for me. Once the decision was made, the Eva Grochow took over and made the financing simple. All my options were presented without pressure and she made sure I understood exactly what I was choosing. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. More
