I told Jake(sales guy) what I was looking for and he found it. A quick test drive of the Impreza was all I needed to help me realize I should have been driving a Subaru a long time ago. Jake always ensured I was happy and made the car buying experience flawless. Eva(Business Manager) made the leasing process hassle-free. I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive and knowledgeable person to walk me through the financing process. I would give this place more than 5 stars if it were possible. Excellent Sale Experience, Frustrating Financing Joe J was my salesperson. He answered all my questions and was easy to work with. I had a pleasant experience while buying the car. However, I Joe J was my salesperson. He answered all my questions and was easy to work with. I had a pleasant experience while buying the car. However, I experienced quite the headache after the fact. I learned that the financing person forgot to have me sign all the papers. I am out of town so it was very inconvenient to drive to the dealership to get this taken care of. There also was a delay with response with emails and calls. I was finally able to get a hold of Craig in financing who was extremely helpful. I ended up financing through my own bank to get it over with and he had a new purchase agreement ready for me before I got to the dealership. More

It listed the models and trims I was interested in, vehicle availability, and Morries price. I dropped in and was assigned a salesperson, she confirmed availability, options, and price. I test drove the vehicle and was briefed on its capabilities. Financing was easy and the person helping me was helpful and informative about the options that were available to me. Overall I had a great experience from the first email through the final delivery, everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I will do business with Morries again. More
