Technology Issues made things slow The internet was down during our purchase. I think Alyssa and Paul were doing everything in their power to make sure we left and were satisfied. I wa The internet was down during our purchase. I think Alyssa and Paul were doing everything in their power to make sure we left and were satisfied. I was kind of surprised there was no backup or recovery plan for a business so dependent on the technology working. Luckily the internet came back up and we were able to complete our purchase. It just created some unexpected delays and made things more rushed in the end. We also disliked that that the add on warranties weren't presented in a terms of total cost added to our purchase price, but instead shown in terms of the change in monthly payment. Also, when we declined the add-ons, Paul came back with another option that hadn't been presented. We would've rather been shown all of our options on the front end. Alyssa's laidback style of selling really made the difference in our experience despite all the unpredicted technology issues. More
