Great sales people Way better than previous experience at another Subaru dealer. Only thing I was a little annoyed about was seller not telling me the low interest rate Way better than previous experience at another Subaru dealer. Only thing I was a little annoyed about was seller not telling me the low interest rate available on used car was for 36 term. Thats a big detail to leave out. Most people cant make such high monthly payments. And also I left my garage door opener in my trade in. But thats my fault. More

He did not pressure us to buy and was focused on providing information. Kip was the perfect balance between professional and relatable as a salesperson. Very knowledgeable and great personality! In addition to Kip, every other staff person we interacted with was friendly and positive! We ended up deciding to purchase a 2019 Subaru Forester same day because we loved the vehicle and felt completely comfortable with the staff! I would also like to give a shout out to Eva! She is very passionate about her job and truly cares about those she is helping. She makes the paperwork process a lot less stressful and is very honest. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
