There were two people I worked with. The first guy was a salesman (can’t recall the name but he owned an Amphicar which was very cool). He was simply the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with as it relates salesman (can’t recall the name but he owned an Amphicar which was very cool). He was simply the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with as it relates to buying a car; polite, friendly, funny, personable, never pushy, knowledgeable, and INCREDIBLY patient despite everything going wrong. He stayed past close for hours to finally show me the functionality of the car. He is such a great asset to your organization . The second guy was in finance and also friendly and quite competent on the finance side of things but the sales pitch was so long and droned on and on. I felt bad for the guy that had to wait. When my brother discussed how he used the maintenance contract, he seized on this to give me a hard sell on it asking why I wouldn’t despite a firm no. My brother later apologized and realized his mistake. We had run over a few hours, know when to give a long sales pitch. This was not the time and my brother specifically told me they didn’t do that when he was there. The guy with the Amphicar DIDNT give a hard sell just a brief rundown on the options and I bought the remote start function. This is how you sell things not a prolonged, highly polished “hard sell”pitch. Nevertheless, if I can deal with “Amphicar” man again, I will be returning to Morrie’s in the future. He was that good. The vehicle has exceeded my expectations. The insurance company salty had been a disaster and I was triple billed but that’s not really the dealership’s fault. 5 starts for the best car salesperson of all-time. More
