I purchased a Mazda 3 from Greg. Greg took the time to get to know what I was looking for in my next car and had several options available for me. Curt was very helpful. I'm used to hassles when buying a car and did not have even one complaint about Morries Mazda. Curtiss even did most of the work of trading in, valuing and pricing online, so I only s car and did not have even one complaint about Morries Mazda. I had been having problems with my tire pressure. I don't know much about cars; the service rep was very helpful and said he could take care of it and that it was under warranty so I wouldn't have to p don't know much about cars; the service rep was very helpful and said he could take care of it and that it was under warranty so I wouldn't have to pay anything. While I was waiting I checked out a few cars in the showroom and before I knew it, I was ready to go. I haven't had any problems since my repair. I would defiantly recommend Morrie's if you have a Mazda that needs service. I have had problems with some of the other Mazda dealers' service departments in the Twin Cities. I will only take my car to Morrie's now; it's worth the extra drive for me. More
The lease for our Honda Pilot is not due until the middle of February. We set out on Saturday and visited a number of dealers (Chevy, Mazda, Honda, FOrd) We met with Greg Eiss on at Mazda in the late mornin of February. We set out on Saturday and visited a number of dealers (Chevy, Mazda, Honda, FOrd) We met with Greg Eiss on at Mazda in the late morning. We initially looked at Mazda SUV's and drove a couple. After those I thought that maybe I wanted to look at Sedan specifically the Mazda 6. After talking with Greg and listening to his expertise on all the vehicles we tested, we left to meet with Honda and decided after that meeting to return back to Mazda to test drive the Mazda 6. He rode with us again and talked about all the great benefits about the Mazda 6. In addition he added that he owned one too. We decided on the spot that we were going to lease the Mazda 6. We went with the Mazda 6 plus. I have to say that Greg met all of our expectations and more. Did I not once feel pressured into looking or buying something I was not comfortable with. He listened to what I wanted and we weighed both the pros and the cons together. He was prompt and curteous. I truely believe that he is a genuine person and not that typical "used car salesman" wrap that most get. I could tell he really loves his job and is there to help customers make the right decision that fits their needs and lifestyle. He is there to make sure that when his customers leave they are completely happy. And WE WERE!! He did the final walk thru and after looking for new vehicles all day he was through and quick. Which we appreciated. We enjoyed working with Greg and would we recommend him and the dealership to others? With out a doubt we would. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and to remove nail from tire. Went to pick up car and noticed that tires had not been rotated. I had marked the tire that had the nail and it was still in the same s from tire. Went to pick up car and noticed that tires had not been rotated. I had marked the tire that had the nail and it was still in the same spot. Service manager claimed tires had been rotated because "it said so on the service ticket." After explaining how I knew it had not been done he went to the service tech who admitted to not doing that job. They immediately brought the car back in and rotated the tires. I asked why the service receipt said "tires rotated" even though they were not and he said this is "automatically filled in" when he makes the request. What kind of quality control is that? How do I know they did the oil change? They didn't even offer to remove the tire rotation cost from the bill but offered me a free oil change next time...like I want to go back there? More
As mentioned by others before, it's really a sham to hear the xxxxxxxxx of buying happiness experience.. come on! there is no negotiation space, and the price is terribly high, comparing to other quotes.
