When I met with him the next day he had a stack of research ready for me that answered all my questions from our phone call and because his questions had been right on the mark he had selected exactly the right car for me. I really only needed to test drive the one car it was so well suited to my taste and needs (I had Greg let me drive one other just because it was hard for me to believe I was sure so quickly). Jim Holmes was very helpful explaining my financing options (he even met with me after I purchased my CX7 to answer questions I thought up when I left). Jim Cruz has also been great to deal with.
