Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda

This is my third vehicle that I've purchased through Morrie's. Two new and the third a used. All of my experience with Morrie's has been a pleasant and positive experience and I will only go through M Morrie's. Two new and the third a used. CURT BJORKLUND, the sales guru, was very sensitive to my needs with the price restrictions and the specific car I wanted. I have recommended him to my friends and their experience with him has also been great! I wish he sold other things other then vehicles so at least I know I can go to someone I can trust if I wanted to purchase an appliance or electronics! :) He is the best and because of him, I am a loyal Morrie's customer for life. I would like to sincerely thank Morries Mazda of Minnetonka, and my sales person Niko. I felt like a millionaire buying a Mazerati even though I bought a 12 thousand dollar Mazda 3. I really liked woking with Niko and the staff at Morrie's. It was my first time buying a car and it was not at all like all my friends and family said it would be. They told me to bring them so I would not get cheated and to watch out. But the Morries buy Happy promises and The best price first policy was awesome. I bought the car that day, I spent the next week trying to find the car I bought at Morries for cheaper, I finally found one that was 4 hundred dollars cheaper and called about it. Guess what? It was a salvaged title. I got a great deal and did not even bring my dad or boyfriend. They were super mad, but after checking the car and the price they could not believe my negotiating skills. I told them I did not negotiate and that I got free car washes and oil changes too with the Mazda 3. They could not believe it. Thanks so Much Morries Mazda More

They did a good job and were good at answering questions I had about my car. I thought they were nice and they got me in right away too. i have not had any problems since they fixed my car. I went to buy tires, the service person who helped me was very informative, and explained the different types of tires, he had them put on & balanced. I had researched vehicle options and knew I wanted to purchase a CX-9 as our family's next car. We live in Prior Lake and have a Mazda dealer that is closer but I knew Jim Cruz had joined Morrie's Mazda purchase a CX-9 as our family's next car. We live in Prior Lake and have a Mazda dealer that is closer but I knew Jim Cruz had joined Morrie's Mazda; he had provided excellent service and support on previous cars I had so it was worth a longer drive. Anne Brick provided great information during the sales process and made sure I was familiar with all the features in the car before I drove off the lot (not an easy task since the CX-9 is loaded)and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Morrie's service departmnet has done all the maintenance and warranty work that I've needed in the 2 1/2 years I've had the car. I particularly like working with Jim because I know I can ask about anything -however seemingly small - and he will take it seriously and let me know my options. (In other places I've been, I've been made to feel silly for asking questions). Recently, I put the wrong stuff in my windshield wiper tank and was afraid it would damage my tank. Jim patiently explained (to a non-mechanical type) how to siphon it out myself. It's nice to work with someone Like Jim who knows what they are talking about but doesn't act like a Know-it-All. More

Since 1985, I have either personally bought or referred friends/family to purchase Mazdas & service their Mazdas from Morrie's, a dozen times. I had an overall great experience. I called ahead of time with a few vehicles I wanted to test drive and they were all ready when I got there.
