When we took our test drive he helped us really get that ZOOM ZOOM vibe. We left that day knowing we had found a viable option and with no pressure to buy now!! Curt called back a few days later stating he'd been doing some research on our behalf. He found that because of my employer we qualified for some additional discounts. That next weekend we finished our exploring of the other options. In the end, we talked with 5 different sales people & by far Curt was the most knowledgable of his product as well as the easiest to interact with. Morries FREE CAR WASHES & FREE OIL CHANGES were icing on the cake. Curt helped us select the exact car, confirm it with a test drive, & quickly close the deal. We love our new Mazda 3, my 50 mile commute has never been this fun or comfortable. I have 4 more kids becoming drivers over the next 10 years. While I actually didn't choose a Mazda this time around, I was FLOORED at how respectful, understanding and gracious he was when I delivered the news and thanked him for his efforts. I will not hesitate to look him up again in 3 years! As a dealership, I find Morrie's to be one of the most consistently friendly and respectful dealerships around. We came in to look at a car since mine was totaled in an accident. We were going to talk to Curt, since my fiancé had done business with him before but he was unavailable at the time. Mike Ondracek greeted us and said he could help us out while we waited for Curt. I didn't quite know what I wanted but Mike went through a bunch of different options with me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We test drove a few different Mazda’s and also some used cars. He helped me go through financing options and made me realize we could afford the car I wanted from the test drive. We went through the buying process with him and he showed us additional options we could add to the car. I never felt pressured to buy, was confident in my decision and Mike helped through the whole process. Curt helped with some of the final details when he was finished with another customer and was also friendly and helpful. Also the finance guy was great! He made us understand everything clearly and was fun to talk with. It was overall a very easy and pleasant experience with Morries Mazda. Thanks! More
