My salesperson, Angelee, was outstanding. No pressure, very patient, listened carefully and addressed all of my concerns. It was such a change to have a no pressure experience at a car dealership. I had put money down after just speaking with him on the phone and was prepared to write a check for the vehicle and be out of the dealership by 11:30 a.m. at the latest on Friday. The management and service department should work harder to support the salespeople and see the deal through to the end. I was at the dealership from 10:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. because of poorly coordinated service work that was necessary to complete the sale. Angelee did everything in his power to move the process along, unfortunately his manager and the service team did not appear to be as concerned about moving things along. It took the service department 4.5 hours to identify a cupped tire and subsequently replace the tires. There is room for improvement following the sale of a vehicle, at least there was following the vehicle I purchased. More
This was my second purchase at Morries Mazda. I called in before hand on a Mazda Speed 6 in stock. Before coming in my sales guy (Andre Prasad) scoped out their other lots for the same car and found a hi in before hand on a Mazda Speed 6 in stock. Before coming in my sales guy (Andre Prasad) scoped out their other lots for the same car and found a higher trim level for the same price. I test drove the car and decided to buy. Financing was a pain (no fault to Morries) but they dealt with the banks and got the details smoothed over in my benefit. They were having a promotion when I was looking for a car. It was a contest where you simply test drive a car and get entered into a drawing for them to pay a single monthly auto loan payment. I didn't think dealerships actually paid out. I received a call 2 months after my test drive to let me know I won the contest. I bought happy. More

I bought my first Mazda in 1996, and had a great experience. So when we were ready to buy this car (for our expanding family) I was hoping that we could find a Mazda that worked for us so that I co experience. So when we were ready to buy this car (for our expanding family) I was hoping that we could find a Mazda that worked for us so that I could go back to Morries. Tim was great, answered all of our questions, and made himself available for any questions we had once we left the dealership. There were a few things he couldn't answer, but made an effort to find the answers for us. I'd go back to Morrie's again without a doubt! More

A car I was interested in was a little dirty so he ran it through the car wash to show me what it would look like clean. He did not pressure me at all to buy anything or to make a quick decision. He was easy to talk to and it felt as though I was buying a car from a friend. The dealership was very willing to work with me to find a price that would work for me. The finance guy Jim, was very friendly and also very easy to talk to. If I ever need to buy a car again I would most certainly go to Morries first. More
