Due to our very specific search criteria (color/options/mileage) my wife and I were having a tough time finding the exact CX-9 we wanted. It seems every car we found would be gone by the time we reached the dealership. After weeks of perusing every available website database (Autotrader, Cars.com, CarSoup.com, etc.)I finally found exactly what we were looking for on Morrie's website. So I spun over to the dealership to take a look at it. I was told it was in the body shop and was unavailable for viewing/test drive. So I put a $500 deposit down on it and the dealership would call me when it became available. A couple hours later I received a call and was told the car was sent to a sister dealership in WI. HUGE bummer. The salesperson I was dealing with, Angelee Vang, was very apologetic for the mix-up, refunded my deposit, and told me he would keep his eye out for a vehicle that fit our criteria. The very next day Angelee called to tell me the exact CX-9 we were looking for was just brought in on a lease return. HOWEVER, the car lacked a moonroof, which was my wife's only prerequisite. Knowing this would be a deal breaker, and considering the previous day's inconvenience, Angelee quoted me an EXTREMELY good price on the car and offered to have a moonroof installed at no additional charge. SOLD! I was very impressed with how concerned Angelee was to 'make things right'. Morrie's also gave us a fair price on our trade-in and was able to give us a VERY low interest rate on our loan. Morrie's has a commission-free sales environment so you don't have to worry about that dreadful in-your-face used car atmosphere. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. Everyone I dealt with at Morrie's from the sales staff to their finance dept. was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend Morrie's to anyone looking for the same car buying experience. In fact,ask for Angelee by name and he'll treat you right. More
I wasn't planning on buying a car, was really just looking around at different options for a possible future purchase. As soon as we pulled on the lot I saw my future car. Casey was so awesome, he didn't pressure me to buy or try to get me to look at other cars that I wasn't interested in. Since I wasn't planning on buying I didn't have my trade in vehicle with me. Casey took me through as much of the buying process as possible and patiently waited while I went home to pick up my car to trade in. When I got back the rest of the process was quick and efficient. Jim, our finance manager, knew I was nervous and was extremely reassuring. He was joking with me trying to put me at ease and he was quite efficient. The entire staff was extremely supportive, reassuring and kind. I highly recommend Morrie's if you're in the market for a new or used car. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had the best experience purchasing my new car. I met Patty at the State Fair and she was able to shedule an appointment with me the next day. My husband and I were not expecting to purchase a car the next day, but that is what happened. Patty was very nice to work with, explained the car and discounts we would be receiving. Curt was really great too. He was able to make sure we made it to our son's soccer game...we arrived at 9am and had our car before 1pm. Curt and Patty were fabulous, helpful, not pressuring....everything we were looking for to help us. More

We received a fair trade in value, and got a great price on our new car. They say "Buy Happy", and we did. Very much so. Other car dealers can learn a lot from these guys. More
I was referred to Morrie's by a family friend. The sale associate Kent was very helpful in helping me purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately about 2 1/2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle I was back in need of associate Kent was very helpful in helping me purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately about 2 1/2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle I was back in need of service. I called and reported that my vehicle was over heating and the service engine light was on. I had to leave it overnight and the next day I was told my car was ready to pick up and everything was fine. They also informed me that they could not get the vehicle to over heat, but they put a little anti-freeze in it and it was okay. About a couple of weeks later the car over heated again and add coolant signal popped on. I went to add coolant and found that one of the service men left a tool under my hood. Now it has been eight weeks since I had my vehicle and it is in need of repairs again. It is to the point where I can't even drive the vehicle at all. I have a scheduled appointment in which I have to leave the vehicle again at their shop overnight. I am very upset and dissatisfied because I am left paying a four year note and no other car to drive which is making it difficult to accomplish my everyday needs. It is very unfortunate because the staff at this dealership were exceptional I just wish their vehicles matched their service. More
I just purchased a Mazda3 at Morrie's Mazda. I have been dealing with this dealership since I bought a Mazda Protege back in 2003. Related to the Protege, I need to say that Jim Cruz is THE man. I could lis dealing with this dealership since I bought a Mazda Protege back in 2003. Related to the Protege, I need to say that Jim Cruz is THE man. I could list adjectives like knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and caring but that just doesn't add up to enough. He's great. Tim Greife is the sales associate I dealt with for my most recent purchase. He knows his stuff and bent over backward to make sure that the car I was buying was the perfect fit for my needs and wants. I felt very confident that what we talked about was going to translate into what I wanted to buy instead of what he wanted to sell. That is the mark of a good sales person! Barb and Dan were also instrumental in facilitating a very smooth and fast purchase. Overall, Morrie's continues to impress me in both sales and service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is thinking about buying a new Mazda. I have been driving Mazdas for 20 years. People like this, and cars of this quality and reliability, will keep me coming back for another 20 years! More

They continue to disappoint us ........ we bought 2 cars from them a year ago, bought the buy happy program, service after the sale is AWFUL. They are so rude to my son, he took his car in for his oil chan from them a year ago, bought the buy happy program, service after the sale is AWFUL. They are so rude to my son, he took his car in for his oil change and they told him this was his last free one b/c he's not bringing his car in for regular check-ups. Well he is in college out of state so is only home during the summers. My son keeps his car immaculate, Morrie's spilled washer fluid over the entire engine, ran it through the car wash without drying ..... THEY DON'T TAKE ANY PRIDE IN THEIR WORK whatsoever. Total crap job! DO NOT GO HERE! More
I'm down in Texas, wanted to get best price before I sent my daughter over to look at car...Curt said "No"...that my daughter should look at car first. The car is for me...in Texas...my daughter (and her boyfriend) we're going to just tell me the condition and take it for a test drive. My daughter lives in Lakeville. Unless you were going to deal Curt, I wasn't about to send my daughter over to find out that you would not lower the price. If your price was more appealing, I would then had my kid take a look. She's a good judge of vehicle condition and her friend is a back-yard mechanic. More
