I recently purchased a used 2010 Mazda from Morries and worked with Casey. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and I was left with the unexpected stress of dealing with the insurance company, the bank, and vehicle shopping. After hitting several snags with each, I had the good fortune of connecting with Dianne Burnham at Morrie’s Mazda. Upon meeting, I immediately felt comfortable working with her. She was professional, informative, fun, and sincere. I felt confident in placing a deposit on my vehicle, knowing that she had assisted in me in finding the right car in the right price range. Due to problems with my insurance company, my planned purchase date of the car ended up being pushed out a week and half past my desired date to buy. Dianne was extremely accommodating at my continually having to postpone the date of purchase. She assisted me with financial options to work around the delay caused by the insurance company. She was so understanding and helpful! By the time I did make it in to purchase the car, she had everything ready to go with the bank so there was no waiting. She even let me bring my own mechanic to hoist and inspect the vehicle at the dealership! I would have never guessed that the easiest part of dealing with the loss of a car after an accident would be buying a new (used) car. And I sincerely believe the enjoyment of the experience was due to Diane. Thank you!!! P.S. LOVE my car! More

When I first walked in I was not swarmed by sales representatives. The receptionist did offered one, however I declined; I wanted to see the cars first. I went in and asked the receptionist if I representatives. The receptionist did offered one, however I declined; I wanted to see the cars first. I went in and asked the receptionist if I could talk to a sales representative. She called over the speaker and a gentleman came and introduced himself (John Sullivan) and asked what I was looking for and by when. We talked for a few minutes, exchanged info about what I was looking for and what he had in stock. He offered a test drive, I thought, well, sure, why not! We drove the car model that I wanted, in different colour though. We got back to the dealer and started the process of financing and getting the paperwork ready. Since the car that I was looking for was not in stock, we had decided to wait until the following week to complete the rest of the paperwork. John did mentioned that one was on the way, however, they did not had verification of the shipment yet. The following day, I got a call from the John that the car I was looking for had shipped and it was already at the dealer and ready to be picked up! I was busy and could only return to the dealer until the following week. When I got to the dealer, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed and the car had been cleaned out, even the dealer stickers had been removed...it was a lot more than what I had expected from the dealer. I had asked the John for a bike rack and he was able to find the part and added it to the total of the car. He even arranged for the shop to install it! The process was very relaxed and quite simple...at least that how it seemed to me. I think John did a lot of the work before I got there. More

Anne was very helpful and knew a lot about the different vehicles on the lot. She let me test drive three cars, but ultimately got me to the one that fit my needs best. This place has it all cooking. The sales team is as friendly as you can get and everyone was helpful...from that great sales guy Tim G(and all his associates) to the credit manager to the fellow who fi friendly as you can get and everyone was helpful...from that great sales guy Tim G(and all his associates) to the credit manager to the fellow who filled our vehicle gladly with gas upon leaving. They helped find the right car throughout a 3 week search (we are fussy)for us and came through in all that was needed. They were fun to deal with, knowledgeable and not pushy. I am a happy camper... and so is our daughter. Thanks to the entire staff. Go Morrie's Mazda. ( and this is not a paid commercial--- I knew no one when I first stepped in the door.) More
