To start out I had a really bad experience to begin with at another dealership. I was interested in buying and the attitude they gave me really turned me off. I was about to just go home and not look at a new car but my fiance convinced me to shop around....I'm glad he did. We stopped into Morrie's, walked around the lot, found a car and went inside to inquire about it. We were immediately greeted by Greg and he was friendly and helpful from the start. He asked questions about what we were looking for and really had an interest in getting to know us (even before we test drove and said we wanted it). I have worked in the customer service industry for years and his service was one of the most professional I have dealt with. I look forward to working with him in the future. More
Ben approach my wife and I and offered to help. He was very well informed, provided a bunch of helpful information and helped us find the right car. I had an abosuletly great experience with them. They gave me a better trade-in price on my car than any other dealership was willing to give me, got me a great interest rate on my loan and the salesman gave me a better trade-in price on my car than any other dealership was willing to give me, got me a great interest rate on my loan and the salesman was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me as many salespeople do. Chad was just very helpful in helping me make my decision in my car purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Amazing service, we drove an hour and a half to look at a car, and Ben made sure it was there for us when we arrived. Ive been car shopping for about six months now, and this was the best service I got. This was also the first dealership that filled the car up with gas for me. All other dealerships told me that they were a dealership not a gas station. It was an awesome experience. It was the little things that made me love my experience. The service and sales team was genuine in assisting me with a recent Used Vehicle purchase. Today, I had scheduled an oil change at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I worked with Jeff immediately upon arrival and he was kind and helpful right off the bat. When I went back outside to my mother's car Minnetonka. I worked with Jeff immediately upon arrival and he was kind and helpful right off the bat. When I went back outside to my mother's car (she was waiting to go shopping with me so I could kill some time), her car had died in the parking lot. We didn't know what to do so we went back inside and told Jeff what happened. Immediately, he grabbed jumpers and went outside to check it out without question. He was very kind and discovered that the battery cable had come disconnected. He showed us how to fix it safely incase it happened again and said it was no trouble to help us. When we got back after the oil change, he explained everything about my car check up to me and also washed my vehicle. He explained my points I earned and how I can use them. I have worked with a few Tech's at the dealership, and they're all great, but I appreciate Jeff's customer service. I appreciate his kindness and honesty everytime I go to the dealership. I could easily get my oil changed elsewhere but I continue to go to the dealership due to the friendly service at Morrie's. More
Mr. Vang was very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to answeer all of our questions and concerns regarding this vehicle. I had researched the CS-5 and knew wnat I wanted before I went into the dealership answeer all of our questions and concerns regarding this vehicle. I had researched the CS-5 and knew wnat I wanted before I went into the dealership to purchse. I went to the Mazda dealer close to my home but they were unable to help me (or should I say unwilling). They kept saying such things as "this vehicle is close to what you want." I wanted a very specific model, with specific package options and color for the new CX-5. This customer service representative said he would look for one and call me the next day. However, I had to call them at 6:00 the next evening and was told they could not find the one I was looking for. As I had met Mr. Vang at the Auto Show in Minneapolis, I called him the next day, which was a Saturday at 9:00am. When I spoke with him, he remembered me from the Auto Show. I told him what I was looking for and by 1:00 that afternoon he had called me back stating he had found 2. My husband and I went in that afternoon, signed papers for intent to purchase and now I'm waiting for the exact vehicle I wanted to come in. I am so appreciative of not only the time he spent helping us, but his friendliness as well as all the folks at Morries in Minnetonka. I certainly have praised all of them with everyone I speak with. My sister and her husband are now looking at purchasing their next vehicle with Mr. Vang and Morrie's sooner rather than later. Thank you. More
My entire experience at Morrie's Mazda has been exceptional, which is largely due to Kelly McClintock, the salesperson who assisted me. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and just generally likeable, which is not always easy to come by in the sales industry. My vehicle was totaled in a car accident and before visiting Morrie's Mazda, I had test driven over a dozen cars at at least 8 different dealerships and did come across several helpful and friendly salespeople, but none of them even came close to comparing to Kelly. When I came to Morrie's, I had no intention of actually buying a vehicle that day, but after spending a couple of hours with Kelly, I felt I was absolutely prepared to make the decision to purchase. I can't say enough how incredibly pleased I was with my experience. Morrie's Mazda truly did carry out their "Buy Happy" promise. Sincerely, Jodi Tulman More
