I would give this dealership even better than 5 stars if possible. THEY ARE AWESOME! I hate hate hate car shopping and we were in a bind to get a new car within two days after ours quite working. Anglee not only took the time to help us shop he also looked around everywhere to find us the best deal. He was patient, kind and so very helpful. After deciding to make sure we looked at a few other places and thinking we might buy a different vehicle because of our tight budget he called my cell at the last moment to inform us that he could work with us on our budget. We immediately ran over to Morries Mazda to meet with Anglee and test drive the vehicle one more time. He was very helpful and highly encouraged us to try it out as long as we needed. After one that test drive he sealed the deal, took our old car in on trade and helped us all he could. He took an experience that we were dreading and made it into a fun event where we were laughing and talking the entire time. Not only he but all of his associates as well including our loan advisor there gave us 110% support and help the entire time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE AND HAVING THEM BRING YOU ANY VEHICLE YOU WANT TO SEE FROM ANY DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE CITIES! I have been to other Morries and none of them compare to this one, Anglee and his colleagues! To top it off, they brought our 2004 Malibu to us and it had been newly washed, cleaned and had the smell of a new car. To take the time to do that for someone who is buying new is the thing that shows what customer service means to them and that is 100% PERFECT! More
Typically buying a new car can be rather painful. The "no price hassel" was a new experience, but certainly reduced the stress. They made it very easy to buy a great car. I bought a Miata, they had to get it from another dealer out of state. The paper work went fast and again it just was very easy dealing with them. A definite perk with buying from Morrie's is that the sales representatives are not paid on commission. Therefore, I never felt hassled to spend more than I wanted to. While I could have gone to another dealership and spent a couple hundred dollars less on the car that I purchased, it was worth the extra money for the extended warranty and the friendly service. At Morrie's Mazda, I worked with Ben Anderson, who was extremely helpful and friendly through out my entire purchasing process. He did a great job of clearly explaining everything about the car, and was very straight-forward about what they could offer. I appreciated how hard he worked to make sure I got the car that I wanted, as well as his patience while I made my final decisions. More
From the first moment I talk to Curt I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle we wanted and his very unaggressive approach to sales. After running around to 4 other dealerships I came up on Morrie"s Mazda on the internet. Right from the start, I was impressed with each person I was in contact with. My wife and I visited Morrie's Mazda just to test drive the 2012 Mazda3 5-door. I had a very specific model with very specific features in mind and based on some online searches, found that Morrie's had it the 2012 Mazda3 5-door. I had a very specific model with very specific features in mind and based on some online searches, found that Morrie's had it in stock. We arrived and were greeted before we even got to the front door by Ben Anderson. Ben was extremely friendly and immediately brought us inside, got us some water and took the time to explain what sets Morrie's apart from other dealerships. Two very attractive characteristics of Morrie's is that Ben was not on commission and that they posted their lowest price right off the bat. This doesn't necessarily mean that they are the cheapest in town, but they are straight forward and honest, and there are a lot of other perks that came along with buying a new car from them, including an extended power train warranty, free oil changes for three years and free car washes. Does that necessarily negate the fact that they may be more expensive? Maybe not. But we felt very well cared for and ended up being offered some nice discounts. We were not planning on buying for a couple more months and were just there to research. Ben was very understanding and did not apply any undue pressure, but he did want to make sure that we took one out for a drive. And drive we did! He really encouraged me to push the car a bit and make sure it had what I was looking for. Ben was also very knowledgable about the car and was quick to answer any questions I had. In the end, due to an awesome experience at the dealership, some current incentives and a reasonable interest rate, we ended up driving off the lot with a brand new 2012 Mazda3 s Grand Touring. I have gotten a follow up call from Ben since then just checking to be sure that we were happy with the purchase and that we were enjoying the new ride. I love Mazda's (now owning a 3 and 6) and was very happy with our experience at Morrie's. You can be sure they will be top of our list when we look to upgrade the 6. More
