Recently, I visited several different dealerships in my search for a new car and while all of them had cars that I liked, only one dealership stood out in terms of customer service and that was Morrie's Ma search for a new car and while all of them had cars that I liked, only one dealership stood out in terms of customer service and that was Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. From start to finish, Curt Bjorklund (my sales consultant) was professional, thorough, friendly and authentic. He has great listening skills, answered all the questions that I asked and, whenever possible, he even took the time to show me how various features of the car worked (i.e when I asked how a phone works with the system, he had me take out my phone and we actually synced it via bluetooth to the car system and I made and received a call). For me, buying a new car was a great experience. I never felt pressured or rushed during the process and by the time I was ready to make a decision, I had everything I needed to make my choice. It is people like Curt who make the Morrie's Mazda BUY HAPPY slogan possible. His product knowledge, people skills and commitment to customer service are exceptional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

Your associate, Mike Ondracek was most helpful, and ultimately, his decision to bring the vehicle he chose for us to drive made the decision-making process easier. The features on the car fit our needs wonderfully, and we ultimately "upgraded" from our original choice due to the safety features the vehicle offered. The process of purchasing such a major investment was made very understandable, and the gentleman who helped us with the purchase agreements, Dan Epp, was patient with us as we made decisions that would affect us for years to come. I was most pleased with the excellent service on Monday morning from Jason George and his team (techs 2067 and 2027) who quickly rectified a small concern, and then made my life so much easier by working with the schedule so my car could have the protection application done that visit as well.
