I'm retired and needed a reliable, high quality used car. Holly Sprenger our sales consultant took us on a test drive and sold us a beautiful low mileage Volvo that we liked very much. The car was priced "as is" from their under $10,000 category. We inquired as to what services may need to be done in the next year and when a timing belt was mentioned, sales manager Dan Hegge agreed to perform the service at a discounted price to enable us to purchase the car with confidence. The first week we had the car, it stalled a couple of times at stop signs and Holly told us to bring it in for their mechanics to look at, and they fixed the problem at no cost to us. The car runs amazing and more importantly we have found a dealer that is 1st class with service and putting customers first! We are believers and will be back!! More

As far as I'm concerned Jim should get the service of the year reward. I purchased my used car from this dealership and I had issues with it. Jim worked through many issues with my car. Through the years he has maintained totally professional control, worked hard to resolve my issues to satisfaction. He had to work with less that perfect situations. I have even had my car towed to his dealership because he oversees and ensures that the job is done. So, again, my letter of recommendation to Jim and the service dept at Morrie's Mazda Minnetonka is not the result of one or two times of competent service, it's years of servicing my car. Truck was filthy I found a McDonalds wrapper in the backseat. I know you have a carwash on site how hard is it to run the car through so It doesn't look like it just drove from the otherside of the cit backseat.
