Put a $500 deposit on vehicle then Explicitly told them I was transferring funds and it would take a few days for the funds to clear for a certified check that they required to have. Then with Veteran s day on Tue. everything was postponed. Then on Thursday was called and told if I didn't bring in the check for the vehicle that day, they were going put it back on the lot for sale. Saying their were other interested parties. Now why would they show a truck that was already sold. And no time frame was stipulated for the purchase. So in summary I will never use your dealership and will give nothing but bad reviews to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from morries. More

No worries- everything is perfect with the vehicle I ended up with and I appreciated the Buy Happy return policy) from start to finish. I really loved his genuineness and his generosity with time- he is almost the opposite of a "car salesman" which makes him a perfect car salesman in my opinion! He knows his stuff, checks in when needed and backs off when you need some space to decide. More

Mike is a car guy's dealer! Mike helped with my previous Mazda lease 6 years ago, and my purchase 3 years ago, so it was an absolute necessity to go see him again about another Mike helped with my previous Mazda lease 6 years ago, and my purchase 3 years ago, so it was an absolute necessity to go see him again about another Mazda. After all, I have purchased, leased, and driven 3 Infiniti FX35s, a Mazda CX9 (that I still own at my home in AZ), a Ford Edge Sport, and a host of other "winter driver" SUVs, including Acura MDX, Ford Excursion, Lincoln Navigator, and a few Suburbans. Price was less of a concern than getting the right "next" vehicle, but when Mike had me test drive a 2014 CX9 to compare with my 2008 CX9, PLUS came up with the best price, I was sold. Again. And, he even found me a red CX9, since that seems to be my color! While I was waiting we looked at a few Ferraris, and he arranged a test drive of one of those too! Minimal hassle, minimal waiting, excellent staff, and an unbeatable experience overall. My new car is great also; my wife loves it! More

Morrie's Mazda Victorious in Quest for My New Vehicle I began my quest for buying a new car by mapping out all the various Dealerships in my area. On Monday of this week, I had approximately 10 Dealershi I began my quest for buying a new car by mapping out all the various Dealerships in my area. On Monday of this week, I had approximately 10 Dealerships with about 15 cars I intended to test drive; On Tuesday, having visited most of the dealers in the area, I almost opted NOT to test drive the Mazda CX-5! I figured I'd test driven enough cars, and was pretty certain I already knew what vehicle I was going to purchase, but thought, "I want to make sure I do my due diligence, and not end up asking "what if", so I ventured into Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda intent to complete my quest. Wednesday morning I had the list whittled down to 4, a little more online research, brought the list down to 2, so off for another test drive.... Success, the Mazda CX-5 was victorious, and it was all because of the "little things", the friendliness, and integrity of my sales person, Mike Ondracek and just my overall impression I had of the dealership. I have NO buyers' remorse... Loving my new vehicle!!! Looking forward to forging a strong bond between the Mazda Service Department and my new vehicle for the foreseeable future!! More

Amy is knowledgeable, patient, and funny, taking the time to listen to my car needs/ wants and taking time to listen to me when it wasn't about a car, and NO pressure - yay! And the rest of the team at Morrie's - - - some seriously great, fantastic, awesome customer service - add the bugles, and well, need I say more??!
