Great service! I bought my MX-5 in 2011 and bring it in for service twice a year to have my snow tires and summer tires swapped out plus routine maintenance. I alway I bought my MX-5 in 2011 and bring it in for service twice a year to have my snow tires and summer tires swapped out plus routine maintenance. I always wait for the service in their clean, well-lit waiting area upstairs just off the showroom. Clean bathrooms, 2 TVs, great Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, fresh coffee, hot water, tea, desks, couches, comfy chairs and tables. In fact, I look forward to my brief islands of peace and quiet in Morrie's waiting room. Great employee retention - I know most by face or name and they actually seem to know me. I drive my car into the receiving area, someone comes out and checks me in, they send me upstairs with a time estimate that's usually right on. And the costs of service are very reasonable. Would never take my car anywhere else. Oh, and they wash my car every time! More

Treats with respect but most expensive among all Mazda deale I am in market for a 2016.5 CX5 GT AWD , Curt was very friendly salesperson and her assistant was also very helpful in making us conclude the options I am in market for a 2016.5 CX5 GT AWD , Curt was very friendly salesperson and her assistant was also very helpful in making us conclude the options we wanted. There was no high pressure sales and I liked how respectfully they were treating us. However when it came to pricing I was offered a discount of $250 while other area dealerships were offering $1500 - $2500 discount on the same configuration.I tried to close the deal with them but they did not offer competitive price. I didn't like their "fair pricing" , fair price should mean that what you are asking your customer to pay is competitive and not the highest price in the area. More

Hard of Hearing Person Buying a Second Car My first car I brought was at GMC off of Louisiana Ave honestly it was the most disrespectful experience I've ever been through. As a Hard of Hearing person I am very reluctant of speaking with any dealership/sells person because of my hearing loss. After speaking with Amy I've gotten nothing but respect out of her. She listen to my needs and wants and worked very hard on getting me what I want now I absolutely love my Mazda and would go back to Amy for any new car, service, or routine check ups.
