I really enjoy the videos of your car assessment during service, follow up to what service is need is prompt and the employees are always extremely pleasant. Plus a major benefit is the loaner vehicles they offer if your car may need additional time, my next vehicle will absolutely be a mazda and I love this as a way to test drive other models for a couple days. I’ve been bringing my Mazda in for years and really appreciate how respectful, personable and professional Michael the service manager is; being a women my experiences getting my car serviced have been not been good and at times very sexist. 2019 Mazda6 I have not purchased a new vehicle in over 19 years. Why you ask, because I don't like the push car sales people. Morries sales people were NOT pushy I have not purchased a new vehicle in over 19 years. Why you ask, because I don't like the push car sales people. Morries sales people were NOT pushy at all. Michael was polite and never made me feel like I couldn't leave if I wanted to. Thank you for a great experience. Only complaint, waiting for all the financing to process can take some time. The finance people however gave me and my sister food and drinks and never ignored us. More
