The sales people are great (especially Curtis Bjorkland) and the Service team is so nice and efficient that I can't imagine going anywhere else. The waiting area has always been clean with TVs, free wifi, complimentary beverages and snacks. Now, with the recent remodel, all the facilities are sleek and beautiful! More

Horrible customer service I brought my car in for a diagnostic because it wouldn’t start after we replaced a fuse. I got a call at 10:36 letting me know how much the diagnostic would be and I asked mike vang to call me with any updates. I called the service desk at 2:00 because I hadn’t heard anything. The lady that answered was super rude and I didn’t get an answer to any of my questions on if my car would be done by end of day. My husband told me my car was done- they didn’t call me. It took 5 hours to figure out they needed to change a fuse. When I went to pick up my car, the person at the front told me they weren’t charging me for the labor to put in the fuse-like I should feel grateful that a 5 cent fuse that takes 2 seconds to put in wasn’t charged ON TOP of the ridiculous $180 diagnostic charge?! Mercedes doesn’t even charge that much. When I was done paying, it took 10 minutes for them to find my car. Where was it? Why didn’t they know where it was?! I was thinking while waiting that at least my car will have been washed because it needed to be. NOPE! The guy pulled up and my car had not been washed. I have never had bad service here and yesterday’s service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. I couldn’t get an update on my car, I was ripped off by a diagnostic which by the way- my service light is on and they didn’t mention anything about that- I would like an explanation for this-, my car wasn’t washed and morries LOST MY CAR for 10 minutes. I love Mazda cars and am getting ready to buy another one but this whole experience is making me think differently. More

Cost of service included in but happy isn't reflective of actual maintenance costs. Absurdly high cost for simple things like filter changes. It's all cloak and daggers here. When they had a recall from Mazda plus my car was due for service I asked for a loaner. They fought me for it and kept asking me again and again if I needed one. Then they wrapped up my car quickly and wanted their loaner back instead of calmly letting me proceed with my day as needed. Needless to say, I wasn't happy and I was more than happy to get my car back than be pestered by them. This place deserves a 0/5. Never touching a Mazda again thanks to them. I never recommend anyone to Morrie's or a Mazda now. More

I brought my 2016 Mazda 3 for a routine service appointment. Easy to to set up an appointment online. Check in was seamless and the waiting area is newly remodeled and comfortable. Service tech sent a video update of the work this is in progress via text. Made it easy for me to authorize/decline service suggestions. Out of the door in less than an hour and 15 minutes. More

Took 3 days for just an assessment and minor work. Battery terminals were loose and car stopped on busy road on way home. Had to have it towed. Seems like your service department is incompetent.
