On March 20,2021 I chatted with used car sales person Scott Wheatley. I was interested in making the 90 minute drive into town to see a used Town & Country van but wanted to be sure it would be availabl Scott Wheatley. I made an appointment for two hours later and Scott assured me that he would keep the van keys on his desk so it couldn’t be sold out from under me. I arrived at Morrie’s Mazda an hour and 45 minutes later. Greeted by another salesman, Michael - he took me to see the van. Ten minutes later Scott arrived to tell me the van had been sold! I spent almost three hours and drove over 120 miles only to be offered a taco lunch for my inconvenience. Calls and emails to the management of Morrie’s Mazda have proved them to be unwilling to even address my issue, not even an apology or offer to pay for my gas. Whether it was Scott who did not keep his word or another sales person who sold the van out from under Scott as well as me, I don’t know. But the lack of honesty and integrity is striking and just reinforces the stereotype of what used car sales people are like. This was a horrible, terrible, very bad experience. And to date this is the second time I have tried to post a review. NOT surprisingly they are unwilling to post a NEGATIVE review giving the public the false belief that this is a reputable place. My experience proves it to be anything BUT reputable. STAY AWAY from Morrie’s Mazda if you are looking for honest, fair treatment when TRYING to buy a used car! More

Customer service is impeccable. Went above and beyond to fix my car, and went out of their way to save me money on parts. I took in my car for a 30k checkup, and they showed me a video of the underneath of fix my car, and went out of their way to save me money on parts. I took in my car for a 30k checkup, and they showed me a video of the underneath of my car, explaining everything that needed replacing, which was awesome. They broke down prices for me upfront, and getting a loaner car while mine was serviced was no problem. Later that day, I got a call telling me they discovered a way to avoid buying new parts, and saved me a significant amount of money in the process even AFTER I approved the purchase of new parts. These guys rule. I don't know how their prices compare to other places, but I only trust these guys to do right by me. More

He took the time to get to know me and my mom and worked around a chaotic, last-minute schedule. Also, they had the car I'd been looking for at the best price I've seen in the Twin Cities area. Oil Change and Air Bag recall Everything was great. But a day later I noticed my Brake lite on and It looks like my emergency break has been moved. When I touched it pushed it down the light went off. But it seems to not be down all the way like it is stuck and I cant get it down all the way to lock in. If I hit it a little the brake light comes on so it is not locking in place. More
