I month ago, in September, I started researching the 2011 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 after seeing their incredible rebate deals via multiple advertising mediums. I am a small business owner and my travel demands have increased a lot this year so I needed a new vehicle with a great warranty option. I knew that I wanted a 2011 Ranger XLT the entire time and spent a solid month researching dealerships in the twin cities. I chose to contact Morrie's Minnetonka Ford because of their incredible lifetime powertrain warranty on the 2011 Ranger. For my situation that was exactly the icing on the cake. Their incredible pricing was also a huge plus! I contacted Peiter Redick in the sales department and he has been an absolute perfect professional in this whole experience. When we had our first conversation over the phone, I told Peiter that I was looking for something very specific. A black Ford Ranger XLT, manual transmission, 4x4, supercab, stepside, 4.0L, with 16 in upgraded wheels. Peiter took my info and called me back with the good news that he had located one and would get it shipped to the dealership within 3 days. The following contact between Peiter and I was all done via email which I really liked and appreciated. I received a couple emails from Peiter on price, Morrie's history, warranty options and service department options. This evening, I came into Morrie's for the first time, very good location and easy access by the way, and the truck was there waiting for me fresh out of the car wash. The next 2 hours were spent with Peiter, myself and James Finn the financial manager. The process was very easy and I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the two of them. They did not have the truck I was looking for but I took a similiar one out for a test drive. Tim arranged to have the truck I wanted trailored from out of state and by Thursday I had my new F-350. Tim was very helpful with the whole deal to include me trading in my F-250. My buying experience at the dealer was great. I have since taken the F-350 on a trip towing my fifth wheel over 3200 miles. They have brought repair items to my attention and always help me to understand the urgency of a repair and/or options to performing the repair at another time.
