I worked with Dan Kaye and throughout the entire sales cycle, I never felt pressured to buy anything I wasn't 100% sure about. Dan listened to everything I wanted and he was more than willing to go out of his way to meet with me (even if it was on his day off), I was truly impressed with his dedication to find me the car I wanted. Morrie's is a very good dealership to go new car shopping at. Greg was very helpful and patient with showing me various cars and exploring all of the options. Morrie's Buy Happy Promise really is a great deal, and I used the exchange program they offer. No hassle, not even a joke about it. The price on the car was very reasonable. Morrie's is like the Saturn dealers of yore in that there is no negotiating on the price, so I'm sure you can get a slightly better price somewhere else, but you'd have to negotiate. It really was a great experience buying my new Focus from Morrie's, and I recommend this dealership highly. In a few years when I'm in the market for a new car again, this will be the first place I go. More
I just bought a car from Morrie's Ford. I was in a crash and had to replace my car. I had not purchased a car in over 10 years. I was not motivated to drive or buy. Awesome. I had been dealing with another Ford dealer for weeks and just got the run around for buying a 2011 Edge. I saw that Morries had an Edge that I wanted so my wife and I decided to take a look one n weeks and just got the run around for buying a 2011 Edge. I saw that Morries had an Edge that I wanted so my wife and I decided to take a look one night. They were super nice and not pushy. I was in and out of the dealer under an hour with a new car.... that included the test drive. Tina had to stay late (we didn't get to the dealership until a half hour before closing) for signing all the paperwork. She never once seemed like she wanted to leave. She was interested in us personally and was very helpful. The one thing that was a bonus was that Morries has this Buy Happy thing that included free car washes anytime you like, free oil changes for 3 years, discounts at local restaurants and on and on. The other dealer never called back, seemed like they didn't want to sell a car. Weird. Bottom line, if you want to buy a car, I would definitely recommend Morries in Minnetonka. More

They give you an estimate on what it will take to do the work, very useful if you know what it means. I have had my trunk in for repair a number of times every time always costly. I took the last bill to someone who could look up the line items they put into their bills, and it seems like they are just replacing everything at my expense. It is like they don't know what the problem is so they just replace a bunch of stuff and hope they get it or they are just doing it boost revenue. In the last case my problem got worse when I brought it in they said it was a new problem and suggested additional costly repair, again I asked someone about this again he said they are just replacing parts hoping to fix the problem. I believe they take advantage of your ignorance to sell you parts and service you do not need. If you get a quote for repairs double check them with a non-dealer service shop or go online and look at what other people are saying about your problem. I know it seems like a lot but it will save you thousands in unnecessary repair, and you will not have to pay to have the same parts replaced over and over. In one of my bills they replaced parts that I had already paid another dealer to do a year prior. More
I had done research online so when I came to Morrie's I knew exactly what car I wanted and I was not going to buy unless I found the right car for the right price. He was patient with all my questions and deliberations. I felt comfortable because he was giving me facts (with documentation)and was not pushy. Terri was nice and knowledgeable about the accessories. Again, I had an idea of what I wanted, but did find them expensive. The purchacing department just assmumed I was going to add on more warranty but that just made the price too expensive and would have killed the deal. Luckily I pushed back and she redid the paperwork. I have not had any service yet, but so far the service department has been great with washing my car and letting me dry it inside when it has been cold. Troy has also been helpful by teaching me how to operate new features on the car. Thanks! More
One of the best customer service experiences I have had in any industry. Gus was extremely helpful and generous with his time. Where do I start??? This is the 6th vehicle I've purchased from a dealership. I always go in hopeful, and then end up having a miserable time. This was the extreme exception. Max, my salesman, was EXCELLENT. He was actually able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle, which has never happened at any other dealership. Nothing about this felt like a vehicle purchase. The test drive was great, and I LOVE their no-haggle way of doing business. They had MSRP clearly marked on the vehicle (which matched KBB), and then their "Best Price," which was much further below than I would've expected. They asked what I wanted for my trade, I told them, and just like that *snaps fingers* we had a deal. The gentleman who helped with the finance (I forget his name) was outstanding. He helped negotiate a better deal with my outside financier. He did not pressure me AT ALL to purchase any extras (like most finance folks seem to). Every single person with whom I came in contact was friendly, offered ZERO pressure, and was just kind, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The no cost oil changes and complimentary car washes are pretty excellent as well. I just cannot say enough good about these folks and the way they do business. I've been a walking advertisement for them for the last month! Oh yeah, and their facility is so comfortable, with the fireplace, complimentary coffee, cappuccinos, hot cocoa, nice children's playroom, etc..., that you forget you're waiting for something. More
