First time new car shopping, so we Inquired about a new Escape on the Internet through Morrie's MTKA Ford Lincoln, and got an immediate response from Peiter. Well, the first time around they ding was still there...but after talking to both salespeople that helped me, they professionally fixed the ding, and the car is in great condition. I am a seasoned car buyer, and have been around the block a few times. You have to be heads up dealing with these guys, but I believe I got a good deal in the end. I rarely give 5 stars to anything, so keep that in mind. More
