The buying experience with Bob was great. Owning the 2013 Titanium Fusion has been a bad experience. We've had problem after problem. The display that controls almost all of the cars functions went blank, the turn signals and cruise control quit working, the head liner is coming loose and the leather steering wheel cover is coming apart. When we call about service the first thing we're told is "we only have four loaners," and then oh sure that's a known problem with the Fusions. We are very much regretting the purchase of this vehicle. The first time we brought it in for service they called and said it was done, when we got there to pick it up we were told it would be another hour or so but how about some popcorn in the customer lounge. Really! More

I highly recommend dealing with Corey Laska. Corey made buying a car easy from start to finish. I am from about an hour and a half away and I was having a hard time dealing with all the dealerships in my a buying a car easy from start to finish.
