My husband and I stopped at Morries to look at a different vehicle for me. Bob was the first to approach us. I told him that I was interested in an egde and we went on a test drive. My husband and I both liked the Edge however this was the second stop and the first vehicle we test drove. Bob felt the need to tell us why we should finance through Morries I had to tell him that I would finance through however I could get the best rate from after listening to him go on for 10 mins or so. I hadnt even said I was buying we had told him we needed to think it over and shop around. I asked him what he thought I may be able to get for a trade on my current vehicle as I was upside down in my loan. He told me I would get what I get and that if I was that concerned maybe I should grow up, buck up or put money down. This was very rude and judgemental. I went on Morries Mtka. website and sent them an email after 2 buss. days I have yet to recv. a response back. I would like to add this was the second time I had visited this dealership the first was about 3 yrs ago everyone was to "good" to help us. After 2 bad visits I will not return. More
Corey was great and went out of his way to get us the car we wanted. He was fair on our trade-in and was a pleasure to work with as there weren't any high pressure sales tactics at all. Recently purchased a used truck with and for my college son. After 5 days it began exhibiting mechanical difficulties. Bob treated my son with total disregard and dismissed the issues suggesting that he son. After 5 days it began exhibiting mechanical difficulties. Bob treated my son with total disregard and dismissed the issues suggesting that he bought it "as is" and drove it off the lot. He was charged nearly $140 for the diagnosis that turned out to be coils and spark plugs. Bob had committed that the truck received complete diagnostic testing prior to placing it on the lot. Subsequent to the issues, Bob claimed he had no clue what testing the truck had gone through. My son was quoted over $600 to fix the truck (on a college budget). Kevin Schiltz, the used car manager, told my son that the dealership would cover half. One week later when my son was to bring the truck in for fixing, Kevin rescinded his offer and would only agree to $100 off. This truck should never have been put on the lot for sale without at least the coils and spark plugs checked. The cost of the parts was less than $100. Upon the sale of the truck, Bob campaigned heavily to rate him high on the customer satisfaction survey as this is how he receives bonuses. Neither my son nor I received the survey. The more critical issue is that Morrie's Ford/Lincoln took possession of my son's old Acura as well as the title with a promise of $850 for the trade in. After six weeks we have no check, no Acura and no title. I would never purchase a vehicle from any of the Morrie's Automotive Group Dealers again and am encouraging our friends to consider the same. The buying experience with Bob was great. Owning the 2013 Titanium Fusion has been a bad experience. We've had problem after problem. The display that controls almost all of the cars functions went blank, the turn signals and cruise control quit working, the head liner is coming loose and the leather steering wheel cover is coming apart. When we call about service the first thing we're told is "we only have four loaners," and then oh sure that's a known problem with the Fusions. We are very much regretting the purchase of this vehicle. The first time we brought it in for service they called and said it was done, when we got there to pick it up we were told it would be another hour or so but how about some popcorn in the customer lounge. Really! More

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Morrie's! Curtis was very patient, showing me a wide range of different SUVs. He spoke in a very polite, considerate manner, and was not at all condescending or offended with all the questions I asked him. I would recommend Mr. Hughes to anyone who wants to deal with a nice, personable, and non-pressuring sales person. Jon in finance was also very helpful. He explained ALL the paperwork and assisted with where to sign these important papers. He offered me other products and was quite considerate in my answers. I would highly recommend Morrie's to any friends or family members. Thanks for a great experience which made my life easier and alot less stressful. More
