I have purchased 3 new cars in the last 10 years. I am very impressed with the service department and its employees. Jim Misjak (service director) is by far the best! Bought a 2012 ford fusion from here three months ago. We brought the car in for service a week ago and the service tech "forgot" to put an oil filter on the car. This caused the car to drain its engine oil brought the car in for service a week ago and the service tech "forgot" to put an oil filter on the car. This caused the car to drain its engine oil and seized the engine on the interstate last Sunday, stranding us for three hours waiting for a tow truck. This has totaled the engine and after contacting the dealer they said they would replace with a used engine or CHARGE US for a new one. This is beyond unacceptable and I will be in contact with Ford corporate. More
