We were looking at 4 other cars...one actually was a tie with the Escape...but we did not like the dealership and it's practices...I call it xxxxxx math - ten rings to pick up the phone and then hung up on me when she tried to transfer me to the sales person!! All were very professional at Morries and helpful! Lance even helped when Fred was out for the day...Fred did pick up his cell phone every time I called as well!! Curtis was wonderful to work with. My husband and I went to the dealership for an oil change and we both left, leasing new vehicles! I couldn't be happier! Curtis made the car buying/leasing process so easy and stress free. Curtis spent basically an entire Saturday working with us and making us feel super comfortable with everything. He was very informative and never made us feel like we were second rate. Even when there were other customers of his, he always made us feel the most important. I really enjoyed that about him. Curtis not only just chatted about the vehicles we were interested in, he also got to know us and what we do and we connected on a personal level as well. I truly loved that. A lot of dealers just want you to drive the car and then sign the papers and then be done. NOT Curtis! He makes that extra effort in making you feel comfortable, welcomed and stress free during the whole process. Before we even leased our vehicles, he showed us all the gadgets of the new vehicles and what they can do. Just by taking that extra time before we even signed the papers means a lot. He then of course walked us through everything again once we got our keys. (which took about 3 extra hours of his time) Both days that we worked with Curtis he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a Dealer. He stayed after closing both days for a total of 4 hours! AMAZING Customer Service! I look forward to working with him again very soon when our lease is up! :) Thank you Curtis for being so awesome!
