Nancy, my salesperson, did a fantastic job showing me all the alternatives and ended up selling me a brand new car with all the options I wanted for a phenomenal price! Financing the car was a breeze, they beat my pre-approved rate by more than 2%. The entire staff, from management to the service department have been great to work with and I will always recommend Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to my friends and family when they are looking for a new car. Once Nancy Hoopes introduced herself, she stuck with us the whole day, for test driving and fact gathering, of several used cars; it was really comfortable not getting rushed or hurried for the next big customer. I also felt very comfortable with the mechanic she used to check out the used cars we liked; he provided detailed information on his evaluation of each vehicle. I have to apologize as I do not remember names well, but would like to have him recognized as part of the overall nice felling and good service I received. I hope all of the "Morrie's dealerships" operate as I have experienced at "Morrie's Ford", and I would recommend for any type of car buyer to stop in even if they are just looking as I found our vehicle while walking the lot. More

Curtis Hughes I have not bought a new car for over 12 years and was not looking forward to the process of having to deal with a dealership. I am skeptical when it I have not bought a new car for over 12 years and was not looking forward to the process of having to deal with a dealership. I am skeptical when it comes to the sincerity of strangers, especially those who stand to gain by selling you something and possibly being taken advantage of given the fact that I am not all that interested in cars. So, I started by walking the lot to check out the Escapes, which I was interested in. It was not long into my visit that I was approached by a salesman. Okay, I thought, hold steady as he's going to try to profile me quickly by asking certain questions like what do. I do for a living. He did not and I soon found out that if there was any profiling being done, it was by me. Instead I got a salesman who was personable , knowledgeable, non-pushy, interesting in his own right and showed me genuine concern. He spent a fair amount of time with me and communicated well. He pretty much knew all the answers to my questions. I liked this car and Curtis was a straight shooter. The dealership worked with me on my trade in and did a few extra nice-ities that I appreciated as well. I didn't need to look further.....And in the end, I didn't mind the process either. I would recommend my salesman and this dealership to my friends and family. They wanted my business, they worked for it, they got it. I like that the dealership has a 3 year wash and oil change program too. More
