Tom is the Best! The Service Department has issues If it was only our experience with Tom in Sales and Tuolong in Financing, I would have given Morrie's 5s in all categories. Tom was fantastic! He was friendly and not high pressure, was knowledgeable and worked hard to bring in the exact car we wanted since they did not have it at their dealership. Tuolong in Financing helped us get a great deal and was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If I were to buy another new car I would not hesitate to see them again. HOWEVER, a week later we bring our new car in to get the 3M protective coat on it. We bring it in around 11 am and we pick it up at 5pm. We notice that our car has 28 more miles on it than when we took it in and all the settings (seats, climate control, radio, etc) have been radically changed. We don't think too much of it. Until, that is, when we went to pick up our plates at the dealership the very next day. An employee tells us that he is sorry to hear that we got pulled over yesterday in our "race car" (the car in question is a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST in race red) on the freeway. It wasn't us! Not only did one or more employees in the service department go joyriding in our car, but they were doing so in such a way to get a speeding ticket!!!!! Buy a car from them, sure, but in no circumstances will I be taking my car in for service there again. More

Nancy was great to work with and was not pushy at all. She seemed to genuinely want to find the car that was right for us, and have us form our own opinion of the cars we drove. We chose not to purchase the vehicles that we were test driving. A couple of weeks later we went back and worked with Nancy to purchase a 2012 Ford Fusion Sport. We love it! We NEVER felt pressured into buying and we received what we were looking for with our trade-in. I was only in for an oil change, but seriously considered a Lease and ultimately ended up doing a Lease because I felt at ease with Nancy. Normally, I can only take about 5 minutes with a car sales person and need to go shower or get a drink. I am in sales, so I have little tolerance for "sales xx". Easy, quick financing experience. I also liked the "Lease God"- Can't remember his name, but he knew his stuff and surprisingly seemed more geered towards a customer's ultimate benefit that Morrie's or Ford's. I also liked that I received a little more on my trade-in than expected as the used car guy (can't remember his name either) was willing to fairly negotiate. More

I like fair and simple I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion AWD with 10,000 miles at Morrie's in Minnetonka. I met my salesperson Lance at the front door. It was his turn I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion AWD with 10,000 miles at Morrie's in Minnetonka. I met my salesperson Lance at the front door. It was his turn for a client and my turn to be impressed at a car dealership. Lance was sincere, knowledgeable and low pressure. We had a great test drive and he pointed out all the features and allowed me to do a sudden stop to test the brakes and get comfortable with the car. I recommend him highly when you go to this dealership. The used car appraiser was totally fair about my trade in and offered me far better than a dealership I had visited the week before. Honestly it was $500 more than I expected. James in finance was professional and courteous and found me a good loan at a decent interest rate for my situation. I'm sold on my purchase and have already referred people to Lance and Morrie's. More
