Best dealaer hands down. I have visited a few dealers, and had no luck. A Happy Morrie's Customer! I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. My car broke down and would of cost quite a bit of money I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. My car broke down and would of cost quite a bit of money to fix. I figure before sinking the money into my old car to just drop it on a down payment for a new one! I found what I wanted to get in to online and contacted Morrie's right away. I was connected with Matt Morettini. I told him my situation, what I wanted and what I could afford. I met with Matt just a couple days later and he had a couple options for me. Matt listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect match. Chris was very relaxed and not pushy with the sale. We were very comfortable and didn't feel obligated to buy. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Unbelievable Service I purchased a 2014 MKZ, I have purchased about 6 cars through 6 different dealerships and let me tell you something nobody touches this dealership. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from Matt the salesman to the management with Gus and Glen all the way to finance dealing with Ryan. Usually I dread purchasing a car for reasons we all know such as time consuming, pushy salespeople, very exhausting. But none of these issues were a problem during this visit. They were courteous and kind and it actually seemed like they cared more for my well-being and what my needs where then trying to make a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would honestly say your foolish if you dont at least check them out. Tom is the Best! The Service Department has issues If it was only our experience with Tom in Sales and Tuolong in Financing, I would have given Morrie's 5s in all categories. Tom was fantastic! He was friendly and not high pressure, was knowledgeable and worked hard to bring in the exact car we wanted since they did not have it at their dealership. Tuolong in Financing helped us get a great deal and was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If I were to buy another new car I would not hesitate to see them again. HOWEVER, a week later we bring our new car in to get the 3M protective coat on it. We bring it in around 11 am and we pick it up at 5pm. We notice that our car has 28 more miles on it than when we took it in and all the settings (seats, climate control, radio, etc) have been radically changed. We don't think too much of it. Until, that is, when we went to pick up our plates at the dealership the very next day. An employee tells us that he is sorry to hear that we got pulled over yesterday in our "race car" (the car in question is a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST in race red) on the freeway. It wasn't us! Not only did one or more employees in the service department go joyriding in our car, but they were doing so in such a way to get a speeding ticket!!!!! Buy a car from them, sure, but in no circumstances will I be taking my car in for service there again. More
