My car broke down and would of cost quite a bit of money I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. My car broke down and would of cost quite a bit of money to fix. I figure before sinking the money into my old car to just drop it on a down payment for a new one! I found what I wanted to get in to online and contacted Morrie's right away. I was connected with Matt Morettini. I told him my situation, what I wanted and what I could afford. I met with Matt just a couple days later and he had a couple options for me. Matt listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect match. Chris was very relaxed and not pushy with the sale. We were very comfortable and didn't feel obligated to buy. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Unbelievable Service I purchased a 2014 MKZ, I have purchased about 6 cars through 6 different dealerships and let me tell you something nobody touches this dealership. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from Matt the salesman to the management with Gus and Glen all the way to finance dealing with Ryan. Usually I dread purchasing a car for reasons we all know such as time consuming, pushy salespeople, very exhausting. But none of these issues were a problem during this visit. They were courteous and kind and it actually seemed like they cared more for my well-being and what my needs where then trying to make a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would honestly say your foolish if you dont at least check them out.
