Jake Middagh was amazing Sync and my iPhone stopped communicating in my 2014 Focus several months ago. 5 trips to Morries, 2 trips to the Apple Store, one call from the Apple Sync and my iPhone stopped communicating in my 2014 Focus several months ago. 5 trips to Morries, 2 trips to the Apple Store, one call from the Apple Store to Morries and a call to Ford left me nowhere. Everyone gave up and told me that the problem had to be my phone (except the Apple guy & me). Today I went in to Morries to meet someone I talked to last week... who was unavoidably detained. I said that I would wait. Surely my dour expression was scaring other customers away as they approached the front desk. Jake stepped up, offered to go to my car and go through the whole problem. It still didn't work. He then suggested that we try out my phone in his personal Focus. He paired my phone to the Sync in his car are it worked perfectly!!! My car goes in yon Thursday again... this time to check out the Sync. Perhaps I will no longer have to hand dial my phone with my hands-free system!!! Thank you Jake!! We plan on buying an Explorer by the end of the year. Jake will be our choice of salesmen! More

I called in advance to check on the promotion and was assured that it was the case. When I arrived I began to work with a sales rep who again showed me the Ad online and the vehicle that it pertained to which was on the show floor. He couldn't continue to work with us due to another customer, so he asked another sales rep to help us. Again we were assured that yes, in fact we could lease the vehicle for $ 299.00/month with a penny down. We had a trade that we wanted evaluated, so while we test drove, our trade was valued. When we returned, we waited over 35 minutes for finance to finishing working on our numbers. When Richard the Sales Manager came over, he opened the conversation by saying that the website Ad was wrong and that in fact we would have to be in the mid-$400.00 range to get the vehicle with no money down. Morries "Buy Happy Promise" is a joke. As of this time March 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. the ad is still up. More

Immediately we were greeted by Griffin and had discussed with him what my husband was looking for in vehicle, we test drove an 06 Ford and although it was a very basic model it had everything my husband was looking for. He liked it. We spoke briefly with Matt and started the finance application. Matt worked very hard for us and got the best possible rate he could. From start to finish he kept us involved and even made suggestions on financing terms that would be best. We left feeling more confident and happier than we could have about buying a vehicle from a dealer. I have even suggested Matt, Griffin, and Morrie's to my family! We are extremely happy! More
Less than 2 hours Last fall I arrived on a Monday morning to purchase a car that I had seen online. It was the color and option package I wanted, but also knew 30 miles Last fall I arrived on a Monday morning to purchase a car that I had seen online. It was the color and option package I wanted, but also knew 30 miles away was a very similar car with the same price, so if we couldn't agree on a trade-in price, I knew I had a fallback deal. I arrived and met with Tom Frenzel. He explained the car was just taken off the transport and was being washed and on its way from where they receive them. While waiting, he started the trade-in appraisal, as well as helping to find a Fusion for my GF who was also in the market for a new Ford. After the car arrived, we had agreed on a trade-in price and the car was exactly what I wanted. All in all, including financing and learning how to use my new car features, I was in and out the door with my new ride in 1 hr 45 min. It could not have gone better. Tom is a first class guy and it was awesome working with him. Great job Morrie's! More

He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Thank you, Lance. We will continue to be customers of Morrie's Ford. ************ You may "Buy Happy" from Morrie's. But that is where the happiness ends. Service department is a joke. Brought my truck in for 100k mile maintenance. I asked them to investigate a squeal sound under the hood. They determined the alternator was going bad so I agreed to pay $600 to have it replaced then. Flash forward a month or two, my "check charging system" light comes on. I bring the truck in and they tell me the alternator they installed a few months back was faulty. They replace it at no charge. A month or two later my truck doesn't start. Bring it in again and they say my battery is dead. I drop $150 for a new one, and a short time later the "check charging system" light comes on again. Bring it in again. This time they can't find the problem and want to charge me $140 for diagnostics! Jason Burton in the service department was very rude to me when discussing the charges, and claimed they were not under warranty. You have to be kidding me? I replace the alternator and battery, and there is still a problem with my "charging system" and they are not sure why. He mentioned that it may be my instrument cluster, but they can't say for sure. They have lost our business for life based on the arrogance of Jason, and how this situation was handled. More
