The vehicle we selected happened to be at Morrie's Minnetonka and since it is a bit of a drive for us, I called to talk to a salesman and am SO pleased that I spoke with Ray Bowling. He absolutely could not have been more helpful and considerate. Ray went above and beyond and texted me photos of the vehicle since there were none with the online posting. We test drove that vehicle and then considered the cost analysis of buying used versus new. Ray was patient and helped us configure what a payment on a new vehicle would be. He was upfront and honest the whole way - he didn't want to sell us a vehicle that would be out of our comfort level just to close a deal. We did buy the used truck and absolutely LOVE it and are so happy with our decision. Ray made the whole experience so smooth and easy, it was like buying from an old friend. I definitely recommend everyone to give Ray Bowling a call because I know you won't ever be sorry that you did. More

He made sure the issues it had were fixed, and kept in constant phone contact with us the entire time. When its time to get the next new vehicle we will definitely be seeking out Joe! More

Perfunctory and glib Kevin gave all indications that my trade-in was "business as usual" and put little to no effort in determining what my ideal vehicle was. But it was clear to him that I wasn't a big spender and due to that fact I received the minimum of customer service. My biggest ire with Kevin is that the vehicle I traded in was in excellent condition with brand new Hankook tires and repairs/maintenance, and he low balled me to the lowest price and went on his way. But somehow the "high-mileage" vehicle that he deemed not eligible for the price (well within the Kelley's BB pricing) managed to garner the dealership an extra $3000 on the market value. Within a couple weeks someone had already driven it off the lot. It's a miracle! When I later contacted the dealership regarding my check, Kevin later responded with a call heralding no useful information other than the call itself being a formality. Morrie's continues to call me after six months to see if I'm still interested in doing business with them, even after contacting the management and telling them of this issue. This is my second-biggest ire because I want nothing to do with them and each time they call it reminds me of this incident. Any kind of corrective action is mere lip service to gloss over them being less interested in customer service and more in generating revenue. But I'm sure if you want to buy a new or costly used vehicle, Morrie's will treat you like royalty. Just bring yer checkbook. More

They not only fixed the 2 existing problems, but they ran a check of all my systems to be sure I didn't have to worry about anything else. More
Just the vehicle I was looking for Ray helped me out from when I first called and spoke with him on the phone. I drove over the next day on a Friday and Ray showed me three different Ford Transit Connect vans and I picked out the one with the lowest mileage. We took it for a test drive and I knew it was what I wanted for a camper conversion. No pressure to buy anything, Ray and the rest of the staff were all very nice. I went to the bank and had them cut a check and the paperwork process was all very easy and simple. Two cups of coffee later, I had the keys in my hand and told Ray I'd pick it up Monday after they detailed it and filled it up with gas, because I really hadn't planned on purchasing a vehicle that day and I had already made prior plans for that weekend. I took the bus and train over from St. Paul on Monday to pick it up and we gave it a final inspection in the service shop and I met the service manager. I've been driving it now for about two weeks and love it, especially the camera for backing up in reverse. Ray followed up with a couple of phone calls afterwards and I really like him a lot. Today I got my first free car wash at Morrie's Mazda in Inver Grove Heights, near where I live, and when I get the camper conversion completed I'm going to take it over to show it to Ray and get another free car wash. More

New Ford F150 XLT purchase I walked into Morrie's and was met by Rick Zohler, a Salesman, while I was sitting in the floor F150. Rick was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process. He kept in touch as the truck arrived and some accessories were installed. He did a great job of walking me throught he new truck and offered to shuttle me back to my house when I took delivery of my new truck! Super happy with the truck, and great service, thanks Rick! The finance guy (man, I'm terrible with names!) also did a great job shopping for rates when my bank decided to have a brain fart... Terry More
