Very ethical dealership Upon driving a just purchased used truck back to Hastings it started to overheat about 15 minutes from home. I pulled over and called the Nate and he talked to Kevin, the used car manager. They told me to let things cool down and take it to a mechanic I trusted. It turns out that there was a head gasket leak that would cost over $2000 to fix. Needless to say, I dreaded calling them because I feared that I would be told the problem was mine and tough luck. I could not have been more wrong. They were concerned with my predicament and even though it was not their intention to sell a problem vehicle they agreed to cover $2,000 of the repair! In an industry that has a reputation for being less than ethical it was thrilling to find a dealership that models integrity before and after the sale. More

They "lost" the keys and told me they'd have one made the following day. 1 week later, I called them and they hadn't made the key yet. Never heard back and decided to go elsewhere from now on. More

First, they walked me through the various recommended services for my mileage and did not simply check off every item. They took into consideration the low mileage on the car and made relevant recommendations. They also told me there would be an analysis charge to review the front end problem and brake noise issue I had. They found nothing wrong and didn't charge me. They made a recommendation to check the wheel alignment due to the curb hit and found it needed adjustment. I feel very happy that they covered all the bases and I am now confident the car is in top condition for road travel. I did buy happy and that I am with Morries attentive service department. More

Awesome deal and awesome sales guy I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I haven't always experienced the great service I did just recently with Ray Bowling at Morrie's Fo I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I haven't always experienced the great service I did just recently with Ray Bowling at Morrie's Ford. Going in I was a little undecided on what exactly I was looking for as my next vehicle. Ray was extremely patient and got to know and understand me a bit first and then helped me sort out what I was looking for. Boy did he get it right as I'm now the proud owner of a 2013 Ford Edge SEL with all the bells & whistles I wanted at a fantastic price I could afford (well below KBB). I actually didn't think I would be able to afford such a nice ride and it's a certified used vehicle which means Morrie's adds an extra 12 months of warranty so I have even more piece of mind. I absolutely love it - Thanks Ray!! More

We had found one online at Morrie's Ford in Minnetonka that we were interested in. Based on the testimonials I had read from their website, when I called to inquire about the Ford Explorer we liked, I asked to speak with Ray Bowling. He was very respectful and honest throughout the whole process. Throughout the process he made us feel comfortable while waiting and wanted the best for us knowing that we had driven two hours just to come look at a vehicle. He definitely took the time to get to know my husband and I and helped us along the way with purchasing a 2015 Ford Explorer. Ray has called to follow up with us a couple of times to make sure the vehicle is meeting our needs. I would definitely purchase another car with the help of Ray Bowling. You won't be disappointed if you were do to so also. We love our Explorer! More
