DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER My first WARNIG-DO NOT buy from this dealer. I was working with the assistant GM on a problem and she agreed to some financial compendsation but she never called me back. I went to dealership only to find she had been let go. I then met with Sales Manager, RIchard, and General Manager, Frank. I started my whole saga all over again and they said it would be taken care of if I provided receipts. Frank said "you are working with me and don't need to have anything in writing" and gave me his direct line. He seemed very understanding of my problem. That is the last I heard from him, never returned phone calls and was always "in a meeting" when I stopped by. Their word in worth NOTHING (or less). Their reputation seems to be unimportant "after the sale", customer service is non existent. I was promised expenses to get car, that was owned less than a month before motor freezing, back to Mpls for repair and then on to final destination. I finally met with the Sales Manager, Richard (who also did not return phone calls) to go over what expenses were allowed. He was rather rude.. When I left our meeting in which he was rather rude I saw him laughing with the other employee in the meeting. They were under no legal obligation to cover any expenses for the "lemon" we bought but they did verbally agree to cover the expenses. BUT, their word means nothing. GET IT IN WRITING. Better yet, do no buy a car from them in the first place. More

Nick Bohanon was there from the beginning to the end and was always available to answer any questions we may have had. Everyone we came into contact with were friendly and personable. Without a doubt we will continue to do business here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used car or auto care. More
Awful customer service I have never been treated as poorly as I was at Morries Minnetonka Ford, I went there to buy a vehicle, Fred Hintze was the salesman I worked with, Ry I have never been treated as poorly as I was at Morries Minnetonka Ford, I went there to buy a vehicle, Fred Hintze was the salesman I worked with, Ryan Lysne actually picked the car, first off they sold me a car with an uncut key,I would not have been able to use it if my fob battery went dead,they actually assured me it was a good key!!!! Second the car I bought was a lemon, after 14 days of driving it, going down the highway the dash went black and the steering locked, they wouldn't even tow the car in, I had to tow it back to them, they gave me a loaner car, then after 22 days, the sales manager Glenn threatened to report the car stolen if I didn't bring it back, even tho they hadn't even tried to find me another car like they promised they would, they told me my car was fixed, forced me to take it, in less then 12 hours the car did it 4 more times, they continue to ignore me, my calls my emails, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM MORRIES MINNETONKA FORD TO ANYBODY, not even my enemy!!!!! They also charged me $3000. Above Kelly Blue book cost. My issue remains unresolved , I even paid extra for the "Buy Happy " guarantee. They discriminate against women and unwealthy people, so if your rich and don't mind being stolen from, go for it!!!! More

Good Overall I inquired about a used truck over email, and telephone, then flew to Minneapolis to complete the purchase and drive the truck home. Pros: Every o I inquired about a used truck over email, and telephone, then flew to Minneapolis to complete the purchase and drive the truck home. Pros: Every one I dealt with was friendly courteous and professional. Truck price was fair. Finance got me a better rate at MY bank, than my bank gave me. I like the no-haggle pricing model. Cons: Initially told truck was sold, twice, before getting the callback that it was available. Took a week for the truck to get "back in the shop" from ? Never really figured out where the truck was during this time. I emailed that I would arrive at noon on Friday. Salesman called me at 9 a.m. on Friday to confirm. When I arrived at noon, truck wasn't ready for over an hour later. Found an undisclosed defect (Door lock actuator) - they wouldn't look at it in service (That day), they wouldn't adjust the price, they would provide me the part to fix it. It felt like a leverage move, since they new I flew in to buy the truck (~$100 part). Volume dealership means all staff are juggling multiple people at one time. Took a frustratingly long time to complete the deal (four hours, facing an 8 hour drive home) Overall good experience, likely would've been happier if I'd been a local customer who could've made multiple visits to complete the deal. More

After a test drive, he located another Ford Focus with all the equipment I was looking for. I was extremely happy that he did not use the "old" pressure sales routine 101...you don't need that or yada, yada. He greeted me at the door and gave me several options for cars. He even located a MKZ with the equipment we wanted in St. Louis. I was extremely happy that they didn't try to pressure me to buy a car on the lot. Josh was extremely helpful- he followed up with e-mails and a couple of phone calls. Sadly enough I didn't buy a Lincoln. That being said, when I am in the market for another car Josh will be first stop. More
