Great customer service! I was very satisfied with my over all experience today. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle today Christian made sure all my questions were answe I was very satisfied with my over all experience today. Great Used Car Experience I bought a used SUV from salesman Jake Braun and Ryan, the used car manager. They went out of their way to make it right when I discovered a leaking I bought a used SUV from salesman Jake Braun and Ryan, the used car manager. They went out of their way to make it right when I discovered a leaking power steering hose a day after my buy. They cheerfully fixed the problem, spending $1000 in the process, so I will be back the next time I need to buy another vehicle. Thanks to both of you, Jake and Ryan. Excellent Chris and his co-workers were top notch. I usually prefer small mechanics, but my 2005 Ford Focus had a problem they couldn't fix. This dealership had Chris and his co-workers were top notch. I usually prefer small mechanics, but my 2005 Ford Focus had a problem they couldn't fix. This dealership had fair prices for used parts and labor, and gave my vehicle back with a tough problem diagnosed and fixed. They also provided me with a nice free rental car during the service which helped a lot. I don't like most dealership service departments, but this one is awesome! More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER My first WARNIG-DO NOT buy from this dealer. My second warning is if you make any verbal agreement particularly after "THE SALE" be sure to get every My first WARNIG-DO NOT buy from this dealer. My second warning is if you make any verbal agreement particularly after "THE SALE" be sure to get everything writing. I was working with the assistant GM on a problem and she agreed to some financial compendsation but she never called me back. I went to dealership only to find she had been let go. I then met with Sales Manager, RIchard, and General Manager, Frank. I started my whole saga all over again and they said it would be taken care of if I provided receipts. Frank said "you are working with me and don't need to have anything in writing" and gave me his direct line. He seemed very understanding of my problem. That is the last I heard from him, never returned phone calls and was always "in a meeting" when I stopped by. Their word in worth NOTHING (or less). Their reputation seems to be unimportant "after the sale", customer service is non existent. I was promised expenses to get car, that was owned less than a month before motor freezing, back to Mpls for repair and then on to final destination. I finally met with the Sales Manager, Richard (who also did not return phone calls) to go over what expenses were allowed. He was rather rude.. When I left our meeting in which he was rather rude I saw him laughing with the other employee in the meeting. They were under no legal obligation to cover any expenses for the "lemon" we bought but they did verbally agree to cover the expenses. BUT, their word means nothing. GET IT IN WRITING. Better yet, do no buy a car from them in the first place. More
