Went there today on a app to test drive and probably buy, drive from out of state and took day off work and got there to find out car sold day before. SELLS LEMON CARS We purchased a car on the 29th of November. Within 9 days of purchasing the car, the car started smoking from the engine. We checked the engine and pu We purchased a car on the 29th of November. Within 9 days of purchasing the car, the car started smoking from the engine. We checked the engine and put antifreeze in it because it was totally depleted. We contacted the dealership at the 11-day mark because they previously had not been open. I called them and left a message; no response. My husband called 3 TIMES and still didn't get a callback. We called again today as we still hadn't received a call and all to be told they are not going to do anything because we didn't buy an additional warranty saying they would fix it. They clearly sold us a car that was a lemon. This car was NOT inspected prior to sale which was evident by the lack of fluids in it. The dealership knowingly gave us a car that was going to go out on us within a week and they are refusing to do anything about it. This is absurd. Just because we didn't buy a $65000 car, doesn't mean that they have the right to sell us a junk car. They need to repair the car immediately. More

Installed the Wrong Remote Start on my car. I went to Morries Minnetonka Ford to get a remote start system installed on my 2012 escape. Martin the "Accessory"guy is who i worked with. Mar I went to Morries Minnetonka Ford to get a remote start system installed on my 2012 escape. Martin the "Accessory"guy is who i worked with. Martin gave me two options on remote starts. The Ford OEM remote start, and a website he linked me to a companies website called idata-link. after review the options i choose the idatalink Martin recommend over the Ford brand. We set up a time and i brought my vehicle in. Neither of the options Martin gave me were installed on my car. instead a "Silencer" brand remote start was installed on my car. This happened a few days ago and Martin acknowledged the mistake was made he is unwilling to being my vehicle back into the position i dropped it off at for a refund. at this point i am considering a smail claims court asd i have all of this documented through E-mails. I just bought a brand new ford and this was the closest dealer from me that i planned to have it serviced at. I will never be going back to Morrie's Minnetonka Ford again. More
