Absolutely awful experience. This was an out of state deal. Having worked in the car business for over a decade, I was able to catch the dealer miscalculating the registration fees. I brought this to the deal. Having worked in the car business for over a decade, I was able to catch the dealer miscalculating the registration fees. I brought this to their attention and was told they use a 3rd party company to calculate the fees. I requested the make a 5 minute call to the treasurer's office to verify the fees (I had already done this), the told me it was their policy to whatever the 3rd party company came up with even if it was incorrect. Pure stupidity. This vehicle will be used to pull trailers meaning it needs to be registered for the weight it will be towing, this also was not done. Now I will have to wait to use my new truck until I see what it was registered for and then take time out of my day to correct their error. Again, this was an awful experience. The registration issue was just 1 of a series of frustrations I encountered during this purchase. More

This is the WORST dealership to come to. My interaction with Mo, Todd and Rick was horrible. I was sold a car for my 17 year old daughter that was a death trap. I paid $8000 dollars for a car that had issu with Mo, Todd and Rick was horrible. I was sold a car for my 17 year old daughter that was a death trap. I paid $8000 dollars for a car that had issues 2 weeks into owning it. If only I knew that they would sell me a car that was in such a horrible condition I would have taken it to be inspected before purchasing this piece of junk. I brought it back to them only to be offered $3,250 trade in value. I am in tears!!!!! If your considering buying from this company please DO NOT DO IT!! Claudette Dean More
