I was very happy with the service as well as my service writer Greg. He paid attention to my problem and particularly avoiding extra costs. He also got me a ride home which is great. I would rate him a 5 s writer Greg. He paid attention to my problem and particularly avoiding extra costs. He also got me a ride home which is great. I would rate him a 5 star. More
I worked with Greg Holbrook in service dept about a recall(windshield pillars) and also to diagnose my touchscreen not working properly. It was diagnosed and new parts were ordered. Parts didn’t arriv recall(windshield pillars) and also to diagnose my touchscreen not working properly. It was diagnosed and new parts were ordered. Parts didn’t arrive until the 3rd day. Communication between Greg and tech were misunderstood and caused a delay in service being completed. Greg was professional (and knowledgeable) throughout the entire process. It included a last minute loaner for a brief time and Greg handled it perfectly. The 3rd day was a bit hectic and Greg was in close contact throughout the day. More
I purchased a rare, special-edition car from this dealership out of state, with the deal finalized in early September 2025. It is now January 2026 and I have only just finished dealing with unresolve dealership out of state, with the deal finalized in early September 2025. It is now January 2026 and I have only just finished dealing with unresolved issues (I hope). Once the deal was completed, communication all but stopped—before I even received the car. Calls and messages went unanswered for days, I was never kept informed about transport dates or paperwork, and my assigned salesperson, Richard Zahler, stopped responding altogether despite seeing that texts had been read. Literally no word to this day the second the car hit the trailer. The sales manager, Edwin Cabrera, was pleasant but repeatedly failed to follow through without multiple reminders. I was later told the email and phone number in his email signature were weirdly no longer good to use, yet I was never given alternatives. Even the general manager failed to respond when I reached out. After nearly 50 days waiting for registration (with only 60-day temp plates), I checked in and—unsurprisingly—received no response for close to a week. Eventually, I spoke with Tyler in finance, who informed me that registration was not properly handled and required additional steps on my end. Had I not followed up, I would have been left with an undrivable car. Reviewing the paperwork also revealed the dealership owed me nearly $500 in registration overpayments due to their lack of follow-through. After weeks of chasing them, I finally received a refund (mid-January 2026) —short by $145. I paid off the car in early October 2025 and still have not received the title. They also failed to respond to my bank regarding the lien, and I may have to deal with them yet again due to their third-party title process. This has been, without question, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. A transaction that should have been straightforward took FOUR MONTHS to finalize and constant effort on my part. I would strongly advise staying far away unless you’re prepared to fight during every step of the process. Buyer beware. More
Morries Minnetonka Ford has always done work on my Mustang super fast, super quick, and easy. Every service advisor I have worked with has been up front and clear about what's going on.
