He was immediately interested in what I was looking for, how I was going to use the car, and what to match me up with to best meet my needs. At the time, I was really only browsing. But because of his excellent service and the accuracy of his answers, my interest in their vehicles grew. Over the following three weeks, KG (and Vick for a full hour one evening) answered every question about any of the vehicles I was interested in with prompt precision and accuracy. They seemed to know the minute details and nuances of each vehicle they carried, whether new, used, or exotic vehicles. Engineering, service, performance, usability strengths, anything I was interested in. As the relationship grew I discovered a vehicle they added to their stock which met my needs perfectly. As they answered my questions the car simply became more and more perfect for my needs. About a week and a half later I purchased the vehicle, and am even happier and more excited about the vehicle and performance than before I purchased it. The sale was made extremely simple and pleasant for me by KG, who took care of my every need and question. And after the sale that did not end, not by a long shot. I have gotten at least as much care since purchasing. At no point did I feel pushed in any way, not for a minute. Patience was shown at every turn, and courtesy, and professionalism. I can't even imagine such immaculate service at a dealership or any service oriented business, yet I've experienced it so I can say with confidence, if you visit this dealership and speak with their sales team, you will be impressed as well. Great car-buying experience. Leading up to my visit to the dealership everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.
