Morrie’s Luxury Auto

In late June I was shopping for a new/used car online one night while eating dinner, and at 7:30 PM I found a used Audi on Morrie's mobile site that looked appealing. I sent in a request for more info, and was very happy when I received a call back only three minutes later. That impressed me. Matt Haust had forwarded my information along to his sales staff to get the ball rolling right away. I had arranged for a Saturday test drive (it was Thursday), but I was close to the dealership and done eating, so I thought I would head in and introduce myself. It was close to their 8PM closing when I arrived, but Matt was still at his desk and invited me in. After a quick chat we walked out to see the vehicle, and just as I was getting ready to leave, he told me, "You know, we're in the business to sell cars, so how about taking a test drive right now." I made sure this would be okay with his wife first (haha) as we were definitely at the closing bell, but I took it out for about 20 minutes and had an excellent time. When I arrived back, Matt had a spec sheet, price quote, and Carfax report all in an envelope for me, and it was then and there that after the service I had received over that last hour, from we mobile site to test drive after hours to a complete packet of information, that I promptly put a deposit on the car and scheduled the paperwork for the following week. Casey Novotny in finance encouraged me towards a warranty package which I purchased, and having to replace my water pump only about a month after my purchase, it was already paying for itself. Michael Ashby and Mike Valone in the service department were and continue to be wonderful to work with, answering emails promptly and working with me on a loaner car while my Audi had service. And it was a pleasure to meet Jordan, the mechanic who did the work on my car. The icing on the cake though was when Matt refunded my first service trip in only a week after my purchase as he felt it a nice gesture to do so. I certainly didn't purchase the six-figure Maserati (yet), but if I'm receiving this level of service on a much much smaller purchase, I have to believe it's just as good or better the higher up you go.
