I recently purchased a low mileage Audi from Vick Singh at TCLA. When I first saw the car, it was priced fairly and was in excellent condition. A test drive confirmed that it was for me. I am, however, extremely particular and wanted three cosmetic issues addressed before I agreed to purchase it (a paint touch-up, leather reconditioning on a seat bolster and repairs to curb rash on the wheels). Vick quickly agreed to make the repairs subject to my approval. After inspecting the car following the repair work, I thought the wheels could look better. TCLA recalled the vendor and ensured that the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I also wanted to have the car's service records. Vick took care of that, as well, with one telephone call. I expect this level of service from a dealer, but too often am disappointed by indifference. Vick Singh and company at TCLA are a different breed of dealer. They obviously enjoy what they do and care a great deal about customer satisfaction and about making the buying experience as easy and as pleasant as possible. I give Vick and TCLA my highest recommendation and look forward to doing business with them again. More
