Resolved - Used Car Not Inspected as Stated, Now a Money Pit After posting this review, I was contacted by Morrie's General Manager, and he had the shop look over everything and ended up reimbursing me for half After posting this review, I was contacted by Morrie's General Manager, and he had the shop look over everything and ended up reimbursing me for half of the repair costs, as they agreed that they had some fault in the matter. They told me that if I had talked to them before getting the repairs that they would have done more to take care of it, so if you do buy a used car from them, make sure it is all inspected, and let them know anything you observe. We bought a used 2003 Nissan Altima from them in August as a second car for my household for my son to drive, and it has been nothing but problems. There has been a massive amount of problems, where I have had to pay out $1,600 in repairs on a car I paid $5,000 for under the Public Before Wholesale program. Repairs were done by a reputable repair shop, and am still dealing with the problems. So far the PCV Hose has been replaced, the power steering pump has been replaced, gasket replaced, and other various repairs. This car was supposedly inspected for any issues when it came to them, and they obviously either didn't inspect it at all, or not in any through manner. We were told that it was well inspected, and by the problems we are dealing with now, that is clearly a lie. I will never buy from them again, and I will insure that everyone I know is aware of their business practices so that they are not subject to this kind of experience. More

Test drove 2 vehicles and found what I liked that very same day. I had my 6-year old son with me as well, and I never once felt like he was a bother to anyone. More

My salesman (Mr Ryan Korpi) while not only a ravishing and well spoken individual, was also incredibly helpful and diligent in taking care of my substantial needs. After buying the vehicle, it came to light that there was a problem with the exhaust and mr Korpi handled it efficiently and effectively, providing me with a loaner and checking in to give me updates on the completion and progress. I am overall very pleased with the experience and would recommend IGH Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and led us to the perfect vehical for us. Test driving the vehical was the turning point in deciding on a Mazda. The purchasing process was fairly easy. There's no negotiating so things are straight forward. All the employees we worked with were pleasant and professional. When picking up my new vehical, Jody did a great job of going over the basic tech features so I could access them before I had time to read the owners manuel. That can be overwhelming but he knew what features to focus on to get you comfortable with the car. Another added bonus is the showroom. It's quite nice. More

Danny treated us as if we were buying a brand new vehicle. No pressure, listened to our needs and budget, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I have bought other vehicles from other dealerships and have always felt that I was being pushed through because I wasn't buying a new vehicle. Danny made us feel appreciated and that our business was wanted. I also appreciated Danny giving us a background about the Morrie's history. We will be coming back in the future to buy from Danny again!!!!! This was the best experience that we have ever had! Thanks Danny. More
Service Department Above and Beyond! This was my second visit to the Service Department for a recall on my 2nd vehicle. My first failed the test and the recalled parts were quickly repla This was my second visit to the Service Department for a recall on my 2nd vehicle. My first failed the test and the recalled parts were quickly replaced as was another failing part. This visit, the vehicle passed the recall but went on the "fix when parts become available to repair all list." The full service checklist found I needed a cabin air filter which was replaced. The Service folks were right on the spot and got me in and out quickly -- with a freshly washed car to boot! Needless-to-say, I'll be back! More

So when it recently came time to trade my BMW X3 for a CX-5 I naturally included Morrie's in my list of possible dealerships. But the reason that I ended up buying from Morrie's went way beyond simply the sponsorship. First, Danny Truong provided a great, easy, and confident sales experience answering any and all questions I had and giving very honest input. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and builds trust through credibility. I found a very straight-forward experience there. Nothing was being hidden under the covers. The finance process was done very well, professionally, and straight-forward. Things were explained well they were willing to take all the time necessary to look at it from any angle that I wanted. Morrie's is a no-negotiation dealership, which is actually very refreshing. The price they had was well positioned against benchmarks like True-Car, etc. That said, they weren't actually the lowest price offer that I had, but were within a few hundred dollars. However, when you look at the benefits from their Buy-Happy program, it is more than worth the difference that was there, especially if you plan on keeping the car for a number of years. I am much better off having that program included than not, and it's built to establish a good long-term relationship with the customer by delivering rewards that keep going on into the next vehicle. That's good business practice and nice to have. I did a lot of research ahead of time and the CX-5 that I purchased is turning out to be exactly what I wanted it to be, and giving me exactly what I wanted to get from buying it. That's from someone that is a fan of BMW's and still owns one. But I haven't missed a single thing about the X3 that I traded-in. Morrie's is a great place to buy what is proving to be a great vehicle. More
